Friendly and good service. Not like the some other dealership either ignore you or too aggressive . Sales person and sales manager seems honest. When I ask them to mail me my license plate, I received it next day.

Had to take my Subaru in for an airbag recall. First time I called to schedule, I was told upfront there were no loaners available in next 2 weeks due to so many responding to recall. So I scheduled out 4 weeks ahead, relating to the woman that due to my unusual work schedule, it would be impossible for me to rely on their shuttle service, which would not be operational when I would be able to pick up my car.
The day before my scheduled appointment, I get a call back from the same woman, who tells me that they can not offer me a loaner afterall but would be happy to schedule the shuttle service with me. I again try to explain to her that my work schedule does not jive with the hours of their shuttle service, and it wasn't an option for me to end up stranded at work without transportation. She either couldn't or wouldn't comprehend what I was telling her. And she gave me another run around about getting a loaner.
I still haven't had my airbag replaced and I'm going to call another dealer tomorrow. I'm willing to schedule around the realistic consideration that Colonial doesn't have enough loaners to offer more than a certain number every day. But they apparently aren't willing to work with me and my pain-in-the-butt schedule. But they sure are willing to send me endless emails and postal mail requests to trade up my vehicle.
I???ve been a customer of Miller Ford for around 10 years and have always been very happy with them for both Sales and Service! Today, I traded my Edge in for a new one and worked with Randy. He was very personable and attentive to helping me find exactly what I wanted and he was a pleasure to work with! Mike helped finish the financing process answering all of my questions. My mom and I drove about an hour to look at a Ford Escape I had found through my online searches, and I’m so glad I did!! Wayne was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had about the car and financials. He was nut pushy in any way. We took the car out and it drove perfectly. I bought it on the spot! Nick was also very quick to respond to any questions I had before and after my purchase.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!
Just recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee here, It was probably the best buying experience I've had buying a car from a dealership. They are quick, don't make you wait around long hours and the kindest people work here. I had Consatine as my salesmen and he was awesome! He didn't rush me while cleaning out my car and kept us entertained while we were waiting for the response from the banks. The cars here are pristine, I was so happy to come here after seeing horrible cars from other dealers. Consatine was also awesome with helping make sure I got into the car I truly wanted and was patient with me when I kept asking to see other vehicles.
I will definitely be back in the future for my next vehicles

Thanks to George, this car buying experience was UNBELIEVABLY hassle-free and unlike any other I’ve had before. George made the process fun, fast, fresh and friendly.
Additionally, in my travels I have found that meeting with dealership Finance Managers is one of the most stressful parts of the car buying process, where Finance Managers aggressively push overpriced products I didn’t ask for. We found the car we wanted online and took a ride to US1 Auto Sales to check it out. Pat and Dave were very nice right from the start. They are very welcoming and are passionate about cars and know a lot about them. It seems to me that they are running a car sales business and auto mechanic shop that is no pressure and no BS.
The car I ended up buying was a rare find, manual, with low mileage, in excellent condition and the price was super reasonable. I was able to test drive the car for a while and it was spotless inside and out! The buying process was smooth and comfortable.
