I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I purchased a 2002 Ford from this facility, the truck was running good but there came a few issues, they jumped right on these and repaired them. I felt like I was the only customer they had,I wasn't not but these guys treated me with respect, and courtesy. They listened to my concerns and just fixed the issues with the truck. I went in to check it one of their advertised trucks from cars.Com. The salesman was very helpful in showing me different vehicles. Very friendly, reasonably knowledgeable and no pressure sales tactics applied.

I got online to schedule an appointment for my car for routine maintenance and some warranty work. Based on my experiences with other dealers, I assumed my car would need to be kept for work. The online system recommended a Saturday appointment. I figured I would drop it off and would have to pick up the following week. Much to my surprise, my vehicle was ready later that day with everything done! The dealer even called to follow up on my experience. Thanks, Lunde!
Michael Reiter provided straightforward, honest sales help in showing me Subaru vehicles (I wound up buying a new 2018 Forester). He fairly represented the details of the vehicle and did not pressure me to purchase the car, unlike many of the other dealerships I shopped. He guided me through the final sales and closing process in a timely, efficient manner. All in all, a pleasure to do business with him and his management. Grant Draper of the Service team introduced himself the day I purchased the automobile, and subsequently provided excellent service when the car was taken in for its first service. Kudos to him and the entire staff at Camelback Subaru. I highly recommend them.
