My wife and I were very grateful to have dealt with Zack at the dealership. He had wonderful insight about the Subaru vehicles and pointed out many strong attributes of each model as-well as Subaru’s brand as a whole. His knowledge about each model I had inquired about had actually shocked me.. seeing as I had tried a few dealerships before here and they were not as descriptive on each models features. Zack was a pleasure to have done business with as wel as this dealership as a whole. Great experience and better customer service!

A new car test drive for a Mitsubishi Outlander Hybrid was set up online. The New London dealer,busy at the time we arrived, was quick and efficient in getting us processed and in the test vehicle within about 15 minutes. The Experience was very positive and we left with a very competitive price quote.
I went to Barry's already knowing what car I was looking for. Scotty made it very easy and quick for me to take it for a test drive to see if it was what I was looking for. Once I made the decision that it was what I wanted he handled all the paperwork and I was able to drive it home that day.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Excellent service all of the way around. From the initial conversation with Amber in the internet sales department, to working with Chris Wall and our awesome sales person Eddie. We can not say enough great things about our experience.
We have been looking for a new car, in particular a new Atlas. Comparing the price to other dealerships they were very competitive. Enough for us to make the 45 minute drive to the dealership.
Chris was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and in person and Eddie was the best car sales person I have ever dealt with.
Eddie is a no b.s kind of guy which is nice and refreshing. He was not pushy at all and he really emphasizes putting the customer first. He has exceptional customer service.
We were in finance about an hour past closing on a Saturday and Eddie sat and waited for us the whole time to walk us out!
The day we picked up the car, Eddie showed us the ins and outsm,had the car inspected and we were ready to go.
