My Passat wouldn't start. After getting wrong info from a parts store we took it to Heritage VW in Union City. They diagnosed it, replaced the battery, and it was ready before 2pm on a Friday. They even washed and vacuumed it. A recall was also done & all under warranty. My only problem was the distance from my home to the dealership is quite a ways.
I went to the Heritage for a price comparison and was blown away by the customer service I received from Dee needless to say I bought an Eos the same day because of the excellent salesmanship and willingness to assist and show all options. I am a slow shopper but Dee did not mind even though it took me 8 hours to choose Thanks Dee you are the best sales person I have met in many years. I wish you continued success!!!!!
Came in for service on my 2006 Passat. I didn’t have an appointment and was treated with excellent customer service Bryant was and is always . Met with MsTonya and she was such a blessing and a delight to work with she’s so positive when I didn’t think I could get a new vehicle it happened It was a blessing for her to be there today My angel sent byGodher personally was a real blessing and her being so confident . Quinton was easy to work with and is a nice guy. The management won't haggle over prices because they are priced competitively for the most part. However, watch if you think that a price is too high as they will often adjust prices almost weekly so the price they wont budge on Saturday can drop by Monday kind of a thing (at least that was my experience watching their used cars). I bought a certified used sportswagen from them recently, will update if have anything else to add.
Debbie, was the best sales representative. She answered all questions that we had and handled several of our immediate concerns with our car. We needed a minor engine repair and she immediately arranged to have the car looked at by a mechanic and gave us a loaner vehicle without us having to ask. I have been so pleased with this purchase and would definitely use 1st Choice Autos again.
Although I did not purchase a vehicle, Tim and the staff where professional and curtious. I did not feel pressured to buy, but felt that this dealership would rather I be happy with my choice. Keep up the good job. I would definitely recommend 1st Choice for their customer service.

Great experience at First Choice auto. Wide selection of hybrid vehicles with reasonable miles. Recall having an upfront, candid conversation with the sales rep. Nice not having to navigate through a typical sales pitch. Received an honest deal on a great used car without the hassle and pressure of the national players. This was my first time buying a car, and from the minute I stepped onto the property Janice and the entire team at Grand Motorcars made me feel comfortable. Janice was knowledgable about the cars that I was interested in, but did not pressure me into making a decision, which was great for a first time buyer. She asked questions and made sure to better understand my interests so that we could both walk out the door satisfied. It was an easy and stress-free process thanks to Janice and the Grand Motorcars team.
We were very impressed with Byron’s laid back approach. Showing me the product I was looking for and trusting me to take the van for a test drive gave my husband an opportunity to see our future purchase. The process began on a Wednesday and we were official proud owners of a white Honda Odyssey by Saturday. We Love it.
Post sales has not been as smooth. We were promised replacement caps for the vehicle that have yet to be replaced. The caps are not required for the van to run but they are cosmetic and a deal is a deal. We did not haggle when discussing price. We asked for a cap to cover the back seat legs and a key fob. My husband paid $100 extra dollars to to get an extra fob made for the van. The owner paid the $100 back in cash and said he did not want to deal with it post issuesbarebyour problem and not the problem of the dealership even if it was part of the agreement before the car was purchased.
Overall, i would do business with this dealership again. I never felt pressured by Byron therefore I feel like the van was our decision to buy and not some high pressure shady dealers decision. Thanks Byron.
