I recently bought a used truck from this dealership and I received nothing but the best service! This was the first time I ever bought a car so I was alittle nervous at first. I knew the truck I wanted to look at but Lonnie made everything super easy from there on. He answered any questions I had and gave me his honest opinions which made me feel comfortable moving forward with making a huge purchase. His personality and communication skills made me enjoy the process and downtime I had while waiting. Jake from finance also was wonderful and helped explain in depth all the options I had to ensure my vehicle was going to be protected. Overall my experience was amazing and I will definitely go back to this dealership. They made sure I was happy throughout the entire process and I felt like they were just as excited as I was to be leaving with a new truck!
I drove 300 miles to this dealer since they had a low mileage car I was looking for. Mike had the car washed and ready for me when I arrived. No pressure test drive and was able to negotiate a better price as there was some light scratches in the roof that I wanted to get fixed.
The paperwork went quick and they explained but didn't push extended warranty options. Best dealer experience I've had in my 30 years of driving/buying.

They go over and above expected services for their customers to ensure they are completely satisfied!
This my second VW sale with this Dealer location. A branch of this dealership is closer to my home but these guys know how to "work the deal " and are always great with follow up and the small things that work for me. Sale has taken several months but this sales team has really stuck with it !!! Delivered the demo, follow up and got that special car for me.
First, if you want a car, why people expect the dealer to call when they had the opportunity and ability to call the dealer? I just don’t understand and that should not be the reason to rate low in review.
I sent online inquiry but I also called and placed a “refundable” deposit to hold BMW 5 Series. Car had minor issues such as the smell since the owner was a smoker. Detail was done and smell is gone as promised. They worked with me on pricing so good deal got even better deal compare to other listings in Northern IL / Southern WI.
Again, there were few minor issues and financing could use “user friendly” process but overall I was very happy with the process, service, price and extra accommodations thanks to Juan and Victor.
Obviously this is not the same level as Barrington BMW or Knauz BMW that I am so used to (where I purchased and serviced other 2 BMWs I have) but they do provide great service and I will think of Reo Motors for next car purchase.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Simple oil change, but so much courtesy and overall care for the vehicle is appreciated. Car was inspected and washed; waiting in customer area is comfortable and the time passed quickly. Keri is a terrific service rep. Also have worked with Ann in the past—also great.
The people I worked with to buy my new car were great!!! Helpful informative no pressure personable. I would highly recommend Umansky for any of the cars they sell and/or service. This is my second car purchased from them, 4th car serviced.
I have had such a pleasant experience there. The service is beyond the best. They do a great job of making you feel comfortable and taking care of all your needs. Will come back and recommend them 10/10 times.
Unable to complete a deal but very courteous and friendly. No high pressure tactics employed by them. Have bought here before and that Internet buying experience made me come back to them to find a deal. Will likely check with them for my next car.
Have not purchased a car from them yet but I get an instant response when I inquire about a vehicle. I have been to their lot to look as it is close to where I live. I would certainly feel comfortable buying a new or used car here.
