I bought two cars from them, both times it was a pleasure to work with Niello VW staff. I got my first used car in 2015 and had no issues with it, yesterday I trade in my old car and got another used vehicle for a great price. Planning to go back there in few years to get another car

Well was on the market for a used car saw couple listing that caught my eyes. So I decided to check out this place. Got there it was small lot. There were a cars that I was looking at Low mileage and good price. Got there took my time looking at the car..yet nobody came to say hi how u doing can I help u..to me I didn’t know if that was a good thing or bad I mean I like not being hovered but would like the acknowledgement I’m looking for a car and if there’s anything that they help. I didn’t know who the actual employee of the dealership we’re..I end up deciding not to purchase but in some ways I feel that that was their downfall.
The thing I liked the most is no salesperson to harass me while I was checking out the car and they give me all the time in the world to check the car and even took it to my mechanic and had 2 minor issues that they were glad to fix at no extra cost.
Honestly, the way a car buying experience should be.
The service advisor Matthew was very polite, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and answered lots of my questions very well.
During the 30000 mile maintenance, he and his crew found and root caused a rear brake issue and fixed it. It was because some parts were not lubricated well enough, the rear brake pads were worn unevenly, and the inner pad was gone while the outer one still had half thickness left, he helped contacted volvo to take care of the charges to replace the rear brakes pads and routers and lubricated the part well to prevent this from happening.
The renovated dealership building is very beautiful, the seats were comfortable and wifi was fast, I like the area with 2 cubes where people can carry on their work while waiting.
i hate the process of buying cars BUT i actually enjoyed the process it was painless, Neillo was great! i would buy from them again! only complaint i didnt like that there was a extra added expense for the lowjack (which i should have had negotiated off the price) BUT didnt know about it until we were signing papers
My service man, was and has always been awesome and attentive everytime I come to service my car or address something that may be wrong. He is great and a very valuable person to have for your company. It's so nice to know that I can trust his input and advise. I drive almost 2 hours just to get my car services because the customer service is worth going to. Thank you!
It’s a great deal with the price of the vehicles I’m just kind of iffy in regards the location for maintenance and repairs I’m still looking to buy a vehicle and I think I should be getting it in the next two months
What an enjoyable, no-pressure experience we had purchasing a 2017 Acura at Elk Grove VW.
We actually were just ‘looking’, but we really liked the Acura on the lot. Then after talking with Kash Bradford about prices and vehicle details, she made it very easy to make up our minds about purchasing it.
It really was the best atmosphere for purchasing a car.
Then Graham Copps took his time explaining in detail all about the vehicle navigation and computer system, which was extremely appreciated by us.

I brought my vehicle in for the repair to my sensor. Ron Stevenson in service was the person who greeted me at my appointment time. He was courteous and was very helpful...asked if I needed a shuttle home and gave me the senerio of what they would check on to fix the problem. This is the 3rd time I have brought my vehicle to Roseville VW. I trust them to do the job right and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Again they did not disappoint. Thanks to Ron and the crack staff this was a great experience. I highly recommend this business.

Purchased a 2018 e-Golf fully electric vehicle. I called the sales representative ahead of my visit and told them the type of vehicle I was looking for and they had the vehicle parked out front ready for my test drive along with all the vehicle information. The sales representative provided me with the available options to purchase the vehicle verses leasing the vehicle for 3 years. Overall this was an amazing experience and I never felt pressured to purchase and/or lease.

I want to publicly thank Raad and his staff for an amazing, top notch, and hassle free car buying experience! My wife and I were shopping for a Honda Odyssey Touring, because we needed a vehicle with more room and comfort, and we literally drove by and saw that he had one on the lot and pulled in. Immediately, my family was greeted with a very friendly welcome and we knew that this just might be our last stop. When we met Raad and he found out that we were a military family, he stopped everything that he was doing and he personally showed us around the Odyssey, evaluated our trade (2016 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL), and he offered us an unbelievable deal on our trade and on the Odyssey.
