Recently purchased a new Audi Q5 from Rocklin Audi. I dealt with salesman Bill Dameri. In the negogiations I also dealt with manager Andrew Lyons . Both of these guys were extremely knowledgable about the various options and features on the Q5. They made a very fair offer to purchase an Audi and to purchase my car in trade in. I compared their offer with other Audi dealers in the area and they were easily the best. I had a very good experience dealing with Rocklin Audi. They were excellent to work with and I recommend them.
Steve's Chevrolet is only place I will take my vehicle to for repairs or service. They are courteous, friendly and respect you not only as a customer but as a person. Every person I have had contact with there are awesome individuals. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there and will also purchase my next vehicle at Steve's Chevrolet.
Tim George, the sales representative was amazing. This was the best buying experience I have had. Tim listened well and delivered great service. The process was completed on the telephone and in the dealership. Our total time to complete it all including the thorough review of this car's systems was a short three hours. Very impressive!

In the length of time that I was there which was pretty long considering a service call although it was pretty lengthy it was very very efficient they did what they needed to do and got me out of there I would recommend going there although I would like a less shorter wait time
Answer is, it depends. We got there at about 3:30pm and left maybe about 8pm. But we got a fair deal. We have tried to go to other dealers, and yeah they make fun of this on the radio but its true. Others dealer tried to sell us a vehicle and forcing us to put 3000 dollars as a down payment. Elder asked us how much we wanted to put down asked how much we could afford a month and they would work with what we had. Very friendly people, and my dad got his new car which is very happy about.
Best selection, best service, very friendly and courteous staff, wonderful clean showroom... went out of their way to make me happy, listen to my financial situation, was able to get me placed into a brand new vehicle for less than a used vehicle.. which was beyond amazing!! These guys are the best... I'm going back in a few months with my husband to get him a car as well.. We love love love the five stars we received all-around. Will be returning for sure.

Bought a 2018 Toyota Rav4 from Kolosso Toyota from Isaiah Stewart and couldn???t be more happy. Isaiah along with everybody at the dealership was very helpful and made sure every need/want was met and beyond. I felt so welcome and not at all presumed. The team made sure we left feeling completely happy and sure of our purchase. I will definitely be going back for any future car needs/purchases and recommend this place to anybody looking for a new/used car.
Simple oil change, but so much courtesy and overall care for the vehicle is appreciated. Car was inspected and washed; waiting in customer area is comfortable and the time passed quickly. Keri is a terrific service rep. Also have worked with Ann in the past—also great.
From the day I purchased my Xterra right to today, picking it up from a collision repair, I have had the best customer service from any dealer I've ever done business with. Quality repair work and bonus surprise to find every inch of the inside of the car cleaned. Wow!! You never see extras like that any more. Sales and Service people are top notch. Waiting room always super clean and stocked with goodies and drinks. I would highly recommend this dealership. I'm very impressed with every aspect of their customer service.

Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer!
