Ray truly wanted to earn my business and it was felt from the initial meet and greet at the front desk. The entire walk around he assured me he was going to take of me and he definitely came through in the end. It took 2 days but we were able to make the deal.
Had a great experience they opened 8a on the dot, I was second in line for my 8:30 appointment and had no waiting room my vehicle right away! Victoria was very helpful in explaining what my vehicle needed and the cost and checked on me as I sat and waited. Wait room needs better heating but overall great experience.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Open Road Volkswagen from start to finish. It was the first time we had decided to lease a car in over 10 years, so naturally we had a handful of questions & some uncertainty in terms of what we were looking for. We worked with Jeff Isaac-Hodge, and he could not have been more helpful & attentive to our needs. Jeff is extremely knowledgable about the VW brand, and he patiently took us out on a few different test drives until we finally decided to go with the 2018 Jetta SE. Once we made our choice, Jeff made the check out process totally seamless for us, which I very much appreciated since I can be impatient when it comes to closing out a deal. I was there yesterday changing the oil in my car for the first time. From the moment when I drove through the gates to the time when I got back in my car I felt like I was a very special customer there. Everyone there did their best but for the most part I must thank Steve Harris. He pointed out on an important safety recall that needed to be fixed in my car and I agreed to leave the car to fix it. I got it back on time no problems at all.Steve was there to answer any questions and for assistance from the beginning to the end. I had the best experience in Honda Service Center!!
Returning a 2013 VW Passat on a end of lease and was amazed on the personal attention received that I ended up leasing a 2016 Passat. The salesman John BATISTA was great. He was very patient, knowledgeable with the vehicles features and options. A real pleasure to deal with. His general manager Tom was also a very professional and I would highly recommend that you ask for these two gentlemen in person.
I just don't know where to begin. The sales rep Mark is magnificent. He took care of my mother and then some. Mark went above and beyond to make sure my mother's experience was something she would talk about for years to come. Tom, (manager), also made his presence known. He did what a boss should do and more. We will definitely recommend Lash Volkswagon to everyone we know. I am in the market for a new car and had my mind made up on a different model. However, after the way they treated my mother and witnessing her experience I have been converted to Volkswagon......but not just any dealership. LASH and LASH alone will get my business. Every person there from the service center to the sales floor greeted us with a smile and just took the time to make sure we were good. Thanks for showing my mom love and I look forward to writing another review about my own car buying experience in a month or so. FYI the star selection on this site needs improvement. It doesn't let you select 5 stars on the other categories, only went to 3. The buying process and facility were 5 STARS as well.
Stumbled upon this Nissan dealer after a few failed attempts with other dealers. Was greeted with positivity, smiles, and the attention and support that I needed. One of the sales people, Ed, worked tirelessly for hours showing me different cars and finally found me a car that best suited my needs: low mileage, the color I wanted, and the style I requested, while being extremely generous with my trade in. Couldn't have asked for a better salesperson and dealer. Will definitely be recommending this to all I know and returning for more cars!

I got a great deal on my 2017 Nissan Rogue that I purchased at Nissan 46. I dealt with Rick and Anthony they teated me with respect and honesty. The process was a little long but I am hapoy with the outcome.
Very easy experience getting a car from Sam...He was patient and knowledgeable about the car we wanted...When we had more questions he bought his manager over to try and accomodate us the best he could.

Two years ago, when we were ready to move to Conn from Ohio, we asked our Subaru customer rep in Columbus to recommend a Subaru dealership that we could depend on. He gave us Garavel's specific contact info and that was very helpful when we needed some minor adjustments to one of our leased cars after we moved to Conn. More recently, in October 2018, we had a real catastrophe when both of our Ohio Subaru Foresters were totaled in a flash flood so we got in a rental car and went back to Garavel. We met Gary Bauman who understood our dilemma. We knew that we wanted two Foresters and Gary knew everything about the great new features and he explained and demonstrated them to us. When we said goodbye to Gary the first time, Joe drove home in a 2019 Forester that was available in the lot - it had his name on it. Jeanne was happy to wait a little longer for her beautiful red 2019 Forester that is the envy of everyone, and when we said goodbye to Gary the second time, we were completely satisfied. Since then, we have recommended Gary and Garavel to others whose cars were destroyed in that flood. We are certainly satisfied customers. Thank you, Gary and Garavel!
