I was stunned that the overall dealership score on Cars.com was so low. I bought a new 2017 VW Passat here at the the start of March and even with the credit challenges I presented the sales team was able and willing to work with me on getting me into the car I wanted at the terms I agreed to. They had my deal lined up before I walked in the showroom on Friday and in only a couple of hours I was driving home in the new car.
The only thing I dinged them for on the buying process was the support staff did Federal Express my financing to the wrong bank which did lead to a few days of delay. But other than that minor blip these guys are amazing.
My car was overheating on my way to work, and I managed to get to BMW Bellevue. They got my car into the service line, quickly diagnosed and discussed my options, and repaired effectively at a fair price. Recommended.
I bought a new Volt. The sales reps were not able to answer some of my questions and when the car was picked up it was still dirty with scuff marks. There was glue on the inside of the window from the sticker.

This is the 6th car our family has purchased from Campbell VW/Nissan. First one in 1986 then another in 2002 and then 2011, 2015, 2017 and just the other day. Alan Kemper was our salesperson for the last 4 and I readily recommend him to other family and friends who are car shopping. The dealership in general is welcoming with a comfortable feel, not too stuffy yet professional. Service and parts departments are tops.

Everyone at the customer service desk in repairs goes above and beyond. When they say the car will be finished at a certain time , they are always on time. They treat us kind even when we are frustrated and help to find the best way to solve our problem. It is always a pleasure to go in for service.
