I am a long time Subaru customer and have bought several Subaru,s. I have known several service reps but Karla Thurman is head and shoulders above every service rep I have known. She is very knowledgeable about Subaru products and the service they require. I know when I deal with Karla that the correct service for my vehicle will be provided. The buying process is stress free and customer oriented. The service and repair department is excellent. Yesterday we bought another car, 2017 Outback, from
Vince Ramacca. Vince knows the product and is able to answer any question buyers could possibly ask. He is quite fair and extremely helpful in differentiating qualities among the various models. Vince has a great personality and sense of humor! He really listens to customers and is extremely helpful in guiding them to make informed decisions. Bravo, Vince Ramacca! Job well done!

As an out of state buyer, I would recommend West Houston Subaru to everyone that I know. I purchased a used Honda Accord from Vince Ramacca awhile back and still feel that it was the best decision that I could have made; this is why: I looked all around the country for the best deal that I could find on a used Toyota Corolla and West Houston Subaru had it, so I got in touch with a sales guy by the name of Vince Ramacca. Vince spoke with me and confirmed that he had the Toyota in stock, he also confirmed the sales price and car details. After talking to him for awhile he started to understand the reasons behind why exactly I wanted the that particular vehicle. After listening, he began to let me know that I had other options based upon my ideal vehicle criteria. He was not pushy or like a typical car salesman but rather informative and understanding. We went back back and forth via email for a some time and I finally decided on a lightly used Honda Accord. He took the effort and the time to work with me to find the perfect car that fit my needs/wants. I was not just another "sale" like I had been at every other dealership that I spoke with. A few weeks after our initial discussion, I flew down to Houston from Kansas City and Vince even went so far as to pick me up from the airport in the Honda that I ended up purchasing!!! He had me out and on my way within a few hours and to this day, I feel that Vince made all the difference in my purchase satisfaction. I will be purchasing all of my cars from Vince in the future and my family has done and will do the same. In all, I have never found a more caring, professional or intelligent car salesmen than Mr. Ramacca. In addition, I don't typically write reviews, but I feel that the service I received at West Houston Subaru and with Vince truly warranted a great review because they went way above and beyond the call of duty for me!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
The purchasing experience I had when I was taken care of by Elizabeth, was excellent. No pressure, very friendly - couldn't have imagined anything better.
However I want to add a note, that when I first called this dealership to check availability of this vehicle, I talked to a gentleman, who promised to call me back with information and he never did. In fact, when Elizabeth checked the system later, there was no record of my call. I'm glad I followed up and met the right sales person in the end.
Above and beyond service! We set some clear expectations about the car we wanted, the price we were willing to pay, and the time we had available to discuss the purchase and the exceeded those expectations.
My salesman, Richard Acosta was wonderful and answered every question that we had. The dealership didn't have the color car that I wanted so they searched and found one. Someone went up and got it from the other dealership the same day at no charge. So far I love my new Atlas!
I really like having my car serviced here. I feel like my service rep knows me and cares about this issues I bring him with my car. They do the job right every time and you leave very satisfied. You don't just feel like another number with car problems.

Chris communicated with me by email and was incredibly patient throughout the discussion. We were able to work out an agreement via email and my wife, Michelle, and I went to the dealership to finalize the purchase. When we arrived, with Michelle's 89 year old father in two, Chris greeted all three of us with incredible respect. He made the process as smooth as it could have been and we could not be happier. Chris made certain the car we chose and our experience exceeded our expectations.
Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle
I'm always able to get my VW in for service when it's best for my schedule.
