We recently purchased our second vehicle from Wallingford Auto Park, our salesman Jeff went above and beyond showing us many cars. We had a couple issues when we picked up the vehicle but Wallingford Auto Park took care of them right away and redetailed the vehicle and gave us a free oil change.
A friend of mines told me about this dealership because her son brought his Audi from them. I decided to go and check them out after work. Believe it or not they actually have some very nice high end vehicles. I did not think that I was going to buy a car that day! But from the big Hello from the staff there and the low pressure buying experience. I walked out with a 2015 BMW 535I, I love my car!!!
My husband and I went in to Middletown Nissan to see a 2017 Infiniti QX70 that was on Cars.com. I was apprehensive because my car that I owned was still fairly new and in excellent condition but have always loved the QX70 so went to see. Needless to say, we left with the car.
The process was very relaxed. Our Sales Representative, Kaylen Torres was very helpful and did not push at all knowing I was struggling with the decision to trade in my car. During the buying process, we were asked what they could do for us to finalize the decision of buying the new car. Honestly, that was the first time I have experienced that at a car dealership.

A Better Way Auto has been good to deal with. Steve and George on the sales floor we???re a pleasure to work with. Despite the very busy environment, they took the time to work with us and made it clear that they CARED about our ???new??? car. They saw to it that the minor problems we noticed were resolved. A cracked windshield was replaced and when they couldn???t find a match for some missing lug nuts, they upgraded us with nicer rims & tires! Trooper took care of the paperwork and he gave us confidence that things would be done 100% correctly. Having said all this, prospective clients should bear in mind that buying a vehicle on a wholesale basis is different from buying a CPO or a used car via a full service dealership. You get a 60 day limited warranty and after that, you???re on you own. Be sure to take the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the vehicle possible before you commit to purchasing.
I called about a particular car I found on their website and he couldn't find it. My description of the car along with the stock no. and he still couldn't locate it. He said he can't keep track of all his inventory because he sells over 30 car per day... What? Who does that much volume? I'm sure not this place
I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!
If you are looking for a dealer that doesn’t pressure you or forces you to decide this is the place. Our salesman Ron is amazing! No pressure, very knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure. Ray the Manager is a very low key manager who wants the customer to be happy with everything to do with the car buying process.

Found this car on Cargurus and reached out to Curran. Quick response with every step. Sean (Used Car Mgr) was excellent. Easy to work with and flexible in final negotiations. Reed (Sales) was amazing. Test drive and tutorial on car features was great. Barbara (Finance) worked diligently to finalize this out-of-state purchase. Insurance company I use was hard to reach and instructions were unclear. Worked it out after a few additional calls after I took delivery. Waiting room was a little disappointing but overall, very satisfied.
I went to see a pre-owned Santa Fe. I met with Nicholas Farrington. He was very pleasant and professional. What impressed me the most was the fact that he took the time to learn all the features of the car so when I went to pick the vehicle up he was able to tell about all the features. I would definitely recommend this dealer.
I was only home for a few weeks with the job of helping my mother find and purchase a used car. The sales rep (Sean) couldn't have been more helpful in assisting my mother in this process. He was friendly, straight-talking and responded quickly to every phone message I left. After purchasing the car the finance department (Barbara) made a head-spinningly complicated process easy and hassle-free. She was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and supportive of all of my mother's requests. In the future I'll stop here first if in the market for a new or used car.
Recently bought 2015 Audi Q5 online and took delivery last week. Sean and Barbara made the whole process seamless and got me better financing than my credit union. Delivery and followup was first rate and I'd highly recommend a visit for new or used purchase.
