I had an a appoinent for my 1st oil change with a 10am appointment and did not leave until almost 1pm. Also had a car wash which barely looked washed still had dirt all over the Rims. Also they never reset my oil life and a day later my tire pressure light came on. Makes me feel as though they didn???t really check the tire pressure as they marked down on the paper.

2015 Jetta GLI SE. The car was great, handled well, had good power and got great gas mileage. Fun to drive and functional. The transmission is one of the quickest I have ever had. Reliable as well.
Craig was very helpful and trustworthy. He made sure the car was repaired in a timely manner, to my satisfaction. He went the extra mile to do this.

It is a great car. It's the TDI model so it's diesel which makes it excellent on mpg which is something like 45 mph on the highway. The Turbo gives it very nice HP with great acceleration when you need it, the SEL model also give this Jetta all the "bells and whistles" love the heated leather seats, dual climate control, back up camera, GPS, moon roof, etc all in all its a very nice car the only Con would the engine is a little louder than id like but really not a problem at all, it is a diesel so the engine sounds like micro semi truck engine .
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

This car fits all of my needs. Comfort, fuel economy, handling, power and quality. I have averaged 46.7 mpg’s driving a mix of city and highway. Plenty of passing power on the highway. 300miles on a half of a tank of fuel is impressive.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I love the styling both inside as well as outside. The gas mileage is great and it is fun to drive. It doesn’t have a lot of horsepower, but being stick shift makes up for it.
I have a 2005 Mazda and needed an honest repair shop. My a/c stopped working and I was told by another repair shop it would cost me $1,500 to repair! ABC looked at it and said they could fix it for $300! They did!!!!
When we arriced at Bert Smith on the day we purchased our Passat we spoke to a youg man by the name of Miro. He made our car buying experience a very wonderful and easy experience! He is by far the very best Salesman i have ever encountered! Hebeas very knowledge, was not pushy and overbearing like the majority of Salesmen. We had been to Nationwide Toyota the day before and had previously owened several Toyotas, however the experience with this dealetshop was not at all pleasant. After spending several hours looking at cars, the salesmen kept asking us to wait whike he sooke with other customers who came in. Very poor service and the salesman had very little knoweledge. Very disapponted in our experience there! But out experience with Bert Smith, espucally Miro was exceptional! The entire staff was great! We would highly recomnend anyone to purchase from Bert Smith and ask for Miro! We have dealt with a lot if Dealerships iver the years, but never had tge Fantastic experience like we had with Bert Smith and Miro! It was easy, we felt like we were at ho e with an o.d friend! The salesman was personable, effective, followed through well and yet not pushy. I would definitely recommend him highly. The dealership needs some updating. It was lacking in efficiency in most other ways including missed appointments, long waits on the phone etc. and even some lack of friendliness. The person who "signed the papers" at the end was friendly and efficient.
Everyone was very helpful and nice! I love the new car I got and Doug showed me how to use it and was very helpful with everything.
