I wrote a review on the General Manager, Sales and Finance folks earlier this week, but failed to note the assistance I got from Scott in Sales as well. He assisted under the previous GM when I was in Fowler in mid-July and before I was able to make a deal in August. I appreciate his help as well! I know he's a great link for the new General Manager in this transition period.
Most importantly, I failed to acknowledge the fantastic receptionist - WALDI! I consider her the FACE of Fowler VW and she's a great Public Relations gal!

I visited the dealership about mid August and made my final decision to trade a week later. Under the new General Manager, Dave, I feel I got a great deal and great customer service. The sales guy, Kirk, was a delight - friendly and helpful. Kyle, the finance officer, was equally helpful. All around, it was a good experience for someone on a tight budget. They did everything they could to help me trade up.
I meet with John S. and he was great. Showed me what I wanted gave me the pros and cons and didn't hassle me for a decision until I was ready to make it. The buying process was fast and no pressure. Everything was excellent.
I saw some of their cars were on sale, so I went one morning to take a quick look. I hadn't planned on buying one that day, but soon. Katero was the salesman that approached me first. He was very pleasant and helpful to me without being pushy. I found the model car I had been considering and made the decision to buy it the same day. The process was very smooth, and everyone I met along the way seemed genuinely nice, and not just looking to make a quick sale. If I had encountered pushy or disinterested employees, I would have looked at another dealer. I will definitely recommend VW of Edmond!
I had did research on the vehicles I wanted to see. The owner and staff were very friendly and let me test drive and look over the vehicles I wanted to see. I did end up purchasing a vehicle and he told me the history of the vehicle I purchased. I felt like a valued customer and I'm happy with the automobile I purchased
It's a car dealership. They are trying to sell you a car. It was a very easy experience, almost too easy. I don't feel like I asked enough questions but they were very pleasant and helpful when they I did. I would definitely consider buying my next car there.
I got truck from them and they were honest and helpful, they gave me discount. This truck is a great truck, nothing wrong with it and price was way lower than others Salesman was a nice guy and help me a lot to find what I want Please stop there at first if u want to buy a car
Whenever I go to get my oil changed I get a free car wash, Justin Pierson is a great service guy he knows what is doing & what he's talking about
