We stopped by to look at a used Tourag but with our salesman's assistance, we learned that a new VW with the warranty of 6 years/72,000 miles would be a better fit for our needs. James, our salesman, was not pushy at all. Instead, he was helpful and answered all of our questions. He even called a day later to check up on me to see if I had any questions. We had a GREAT experience and I love my new car!
Our sales rep., Michelle, was fantastic and super patient in accommodating my wife's health & vertigo issues, getting us into several Tiguans for test drives. We initially thought a Tiguan would be a good choice, but after initiating the purchase, on the drive home it became apparent that the vehicle was not good for my wife's vertigo as it just sits a bit too low. I can't express enough how understanding and accommodating the manager and staff were at "un-doing" the deal when I returned with the vehicle about an hour later. Truly this was one of the best car dealership experiences I've ever had and really wished the Tiguan would have worked for us. We liked everything about the car, but it just sits a bit too low, although this was not apparent initially on the test drives. Great dealership and good people. A refreshing change from the many "vulture" sales dealerships out there.
I just bought my first ever brand new car. Tom was amazing and worked very hard to make it happen to me. All of the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this place !
I am a patient person, but almost a year after I purchased my VW, my patience is gone. I am still waiting on Frank Rowley to fulfill his promise of switching my spare tire to a full size. As I have always had full size tire spares, and that was a condition of my purchase. Frank has made every excuse, but ultimately has completely failed to fulfill his promise. The latest excuse is that a full size will not fit my spare storage, but he would continue to look for one for me. Really? No one knew that a year ago? And if it will not fit, why continue to search? My recommendation for purchasing a car from Frank Rowley is get absolutely everything in writing. That was my mistake. I wish I could take back the glowing review I wrote in January 2018 when I actually trusted Frank.

My wife and I were driving south for the winter when we heard a sudden screeching noise from the engine of our 2011 VW Tiguan. We were five miles from Orlando on US Route 4 so we pulled of the highway at Lee Road to check it out. When we opened the hood the noise was deafening so I Googled VW dealers and found Mars Volkswagen one half mile away. When we arrived Brian, a Service Representative, was quick to suggest it may be a Breather Valve. He advised us that we should not drive it any farther for fear of causing significant damage to the engine. He went on to say that the Service Department was booked solid but he would do his best to diagnose the problem and recommend a solution as quickly as he could. Long story short, Brian had us back on the road within two hours. He was gracious, concerned, communicative and very customer focused. We had a great experience and thank Brian for his professionalism and kind assistance!
