Only reason i am not giving 5s is because i had to return the following day because i wasn't getting enough for my trade. Although i did go upside down on my trade, Ancira did have the best pricing for my Atlas. The customer service was great and i was happy with my purchase.

I originally stopped by the new VW dealership to pick up a part for my old Jetta a few months back. While browsing around I encountered Steve Roel who answered some of my questions about current models and features and we checked out a few cars. I was impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm about VW's in general. I told him what I was thinking about buying in the future and instead of trying to convince me to buy something currently available, he said it made sense to wait a few months for it. I remembered his name and asked for him a few months later when I came back. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and the entire team from manager (Glenn) to finance (Kim) did a great job. Historically my purchases of items like furniture and cars from commission-based stores had involved strict admonitions to only come on specific days when my salesman would be there, etc. Throughout the process Steve introduced me to people from the Service team and other salesmen with the explanation that if he was out, I could work with any of these people I had met and they would take care of whatever I needed. I'm cruising with my '15 Golf TDI.
We had a truly great experience visiting Audi Dealership. The Sales person and the Sales manager were very accessible negotiating the price of our New Q7. After making the deal, the person in financing was very helpful in explaining every detail.
After having some horror story encounters with other Dealers, I found North Park's internet buying process very easy. I found the car I liked online and made an appointment for a test drive. Steve Roels honored the posted internet price and got me a great price for my trade in. I guess the whole transaction took around 2.5 hours before I drove off of the lot.

Last week on the 3rd of Dec I had an appointment for an oil change. I spoke with Solomon and Erick whom were very professional. I came in and they were on a roll and got my car checked in asap. Shortly after sitting in the waiting area the receptionist calls my name, I had a phone call. I gave my work the number to dealership in case they needed to get a hold of me. Well they needed me to come in ASAP... we had a VIP at our spa who needed a service. So, I panicked! and spoke with Mike Wilson. I said "Mike I need to get to work it's an emergency". He said "no problem Ms. Esquivel we'll get you to work immediately". I said what about my car I work really far and I'm not off until 7:00? Not a problem I will have your car sitting outside before lunch. I was so happy. The shuttle driver Michael was such a nice guy as well. He went and got my uniform out of my car for me before we left. As soon as I arrived at work our VIP walked in after me. I was so happy w VW not only did they provide outstanding customer service but, made sure I did as well. I've bought cars at other dealers but my experience with my salesman Mario Espinosa & Northpark VW has been the best in San Antonio, and their service department has always been 5 star... I will be telling my friends to think about purchasing a vehicle there! Thanks, MS. Esquivel
Even though we couldn't walk out with a vehicle at this time, customer service was great, and I loved that they are straightforward and fast on theirs service. We will definitely come back when we are ready and have already referred family.
