Sensor issue for tire pressure - shop searched and found recall that was not yet corrected and fixed that as well. In and out in an hour and a half. Multipoint inspection performed and very detailed and informative
I did not end up buying a car from CarMax. I was helped by a couple of folks that were pleasant and I felt honest. My problem was on the trade in offered, I went to another "traditional" dealership and got 10% more for my car than was offered ($2500). Second issue was in financing side, I was actually ready to buy a car and the financing department fell through, at the other dealership I was able to get financing through a partner bank very easily. I personally would not return here, but it's more because of CarMax itself instead of the individual people which I liked.
I did not purchase my car from the dealership, but their Service Dept has done all service on my car. Very easy to schedule online and they are very prompt on servicing my car. The entire staff is kind and courteous, and they take the time to explain my options and address all concerns.
Buying a car was no problem, however when trying to reach customer service it took me 2 weeks to speak with a person...after finding the problem, they push me off to the Jeep dealer for repair. I understand what as is mean... but with in my first 30...show some concerns. Make me think they knew there was a problem all alone...ijs
The salesman (Jerrel) was great to work with because he helped me while he was there Orr if he was off that day. He got me a car from another store then found out there were problems and found me a car around the same price range that was newer and less miles. Thanks for everything!

I had bought several used cars, but this was my first new one. It was easy to find our Atlas on Cars.com, and just as easy to reserve it. The whole experience from internet to facilities to people was great.
I just want thank Millo for a great first time experience in getting a me a great reliable car. Although, it was late and close to closing two nights straight he listened to my needs, and made sure I was fully taken care of. Felt like a distant uncle. He showed true compassion for what he does, and was not "pushy" in making you feel like you were just a sale. Karl was great as well in getting me in out and answering all questions I may have had as a first timer. Jersey made sure I got the most for my trade in and I truly appreciate the team work in making me feel okay about my purchase. Millo even made sure I got new windshield wipers not thinking he heard me he text me to let me know he was going to take care of everything. I sincerely appreciate everything guys. Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
ALM has gave great service and showed me fantasic deals. Especially this one employee named Mohamed. He was the first one who came to me with a smile on her face. He also recommended me which car i should get with the best deal. I really recommend this car dealership and have a great day.
