Returning a 2013 VW Passat on a end of lease and was amazed on the personal attention received that I ended up leasing a 2016 Passat. The salesman John BATISTA was great. He was very patient, knowledgeable with the vehicles features and options. A real pleasure to deal with. His general manager Tom was also a very professional and I would highly recommend that you ask for these two gentlemen in person.

After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. He made sure the car was ready to go and had been prepped to our expectations. The deal was signed and delivered by Teri Mateo the Sales Manager. We received a great offer for our trade and were shown several ways to finance the deal. She is one of the best informed Sales Managers I've dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. It's not too often that I brag on a dealer, much less their service department, but I'm going to the trouble to now. The people there have worked hard to earn my trust by not just charging me the most they can but instead, they actively work to save me dollars. I respect that and will be giving them my business in the future.
JC is by far the most honest and helpful salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have been with Eich Motor for over 40 years and on my fourth car with this company. The whole staff all still work hard to be a small town, trustworthy company. JC is that and much more. He returns all texts, emails and phone calls in a timely fashion. He speaks the truth and is incredibly helpful. I know I can contact him in two weeks, two months or in two years from now, he will do all he can to answer my questions and make sure I am happy with my new fabulous Golf Alltrack. He's a good man with a big heart...AND on the test drive he let me FULLY explore the extreme maneuverability of the car. He's just the best.
The purchasing experience I had when I was taken care of by Elizabeth, was excellent. No pressure, very friendly - couldn't have imagined anything better.
However I want to add a note, that when I first called this dealership to check availability of this vehicle, I talked to a gentleman, who promised to call me back with information and he never did. In fact, when Elizabeth checked the system later, there was no record of my call. I'm glad I followed up and met the right sales person in the end.
Starting from the initial Internet contact with Diego, to the moment we stepped foot on the lot and met Jim Cord and his sincere warmth and friendliness, to the efficiency of Jeff Rosen, thoroughly explaining and matching a comparative offer from another dealer, to finally wrap finances around with Ed, we could have not been more satisfied the ease, friendliness and no pressure attitude of the entire staff. There is always the stress of playing games when you get ready to purchase a vehicle, and we truly felt that this group did not do that with us. The entire experience maybe lasted 2-3 hours, and we are now owners of a beautiful vehicle
Oscar is THE BEST. Every negative experience I have had at other dealerships was immediately wiped away when I worked with Oscar. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the process and was not at all pushy while I tried to make my decision. He and his team worked very well together and made sure I didn't have to repeat myself to multiple people along the way. Sterling was also extremely kind and made sure I understood all aspects of my financial commitment before walking off the lot. I will look forward to coming back to this dealership in the future!
