She was very knowledgable and took the time to show me my vehicles features and how to use them. She also helped me return my rental vehicle which was greatly appreciated!
Being the 3rd Subaru I've picked up from Falcone I walked in knowing Alex (my salesman) was going to get me into the vehicle of my choice without pressure. He was able to walk me thru what model would best suit my needs and all of the new features of the car. I've been to my local dealer up north and was less than impressed. I decided to give Falcone a chance after hearing great things. I made the drive down to Indy and haven't been happier. Thanks to the entire staff that works to keep us customers happy and coming back.

I have leased three new VWs from Falcone over the years and have always had a good experience. Sales staff (especially Steve Lloyd) are respectful of my taste, time and budget, and they seem to really care what customers think of them. I don't get harassing phone calls from salesmen every month or anything like what I have experienced at other dealers around town.
I had my first new car for a month when the ceiling of my garage collapsed on it! It was scratched up and even dented from the dry wall. The staff at Falcone were wonderful. They worked closely with my insurance company, and me,to get the car fixed like new! They completed the job a week sooner than planned saving me a lot of money on the rental car. They cared about me. All Falcone staff have been wonderful. You can certainly see that customer service is a priority in that company!!
We had a great experience leasing my new Subaru! Tiffany was patient and answered all of my questions. She genuinely seemed to genuinely car that I get a car that I want. She never acted like a ???salesperson??? or tried to talk me into a car. She sat down with me and ran the numbers in several ways to make sure I knew all of my options. We will definitely return to Falcone and Tiffany when my husband gets his next Subaru.

Had flat in Tennessee and had to replace all four tires to get home. I had the local tire store install four new tires and asked if they could do a 4-wheel alignment, they said yes. I had them do the work and they charged me for the alignment, but then told me they could not get the wheels aligned...that something must be worn. Drove home and then took the car to Falcone and they aligned the 4-wheels without a problem and said the car way fine.
I had scheduled b to test drive a car. They said they would have it ready. I contacted the manager I was told to ask for. Then they had me wait. I was on a time schedule. I was approached by a polite British man. Then another sales person tried to cut in. Went on a test drive.
Chris was a very helpful salesman with great follow up. When I realized that the car I was there to see was not a good fit for me, he asked good questions about what I was looking for and made other vehicle suggestions that would match my needs. His follow through via phone and text message was thorough and helpful.
I was looking for a specific car with specific color combinations and specific features...I couldn't find anything in my area. I???ve always use this dealership for service of my 2008 Volkswagen Jetta because I had Always Hey I had an awesome experience with the service department I thought I would give their sales team a try . I???m happy to report that the sales team and my new friend John Pittman are just as awesome as their service department. He helped me fall in love with My new 2018 Passat GT .
