Excellent service, very happy with my car

I am not a fan of the traditional car buying process. I am not a frequent car buyer, so for me, it is a stressful process at best. I find that being able to look at available inventory and assess value before actually engaging with a potential dealer/seller was a huge benefit. It helped me to sharpen my focus on what I needed. I spent several evenings pondering my requirements and shopping around. When I was ready to take the next step, I contacted Armstrong via a Web page presented by the Chase Car Buying service. In less than 20 minutes, I received a response from Jane, a member of Armstrong's Internet Sales staff and assistant to Lori, the lead sales person for my transaction. From that point on, everything they could do to make the car buying process fit into my busy schedule was done. Lori was friendly, kind, flexible and knowledgeable about the technical specifications, the practical aspects of each vehicle, and the buying process. She offered a range of options for me to choose from. It was a pleasure to work with her and in just a few hours, I was able to make a decision and drive away with the car I decided that I wanted at a price I could afford. I highly recommend her and the other staff members at Armstrong with whom I worked.
