After our experience on Saturday, I spoke with VW of Marietta on Monday. They were very professional in handling our situation. We were able to set aside our differences and come to a mutual agreement. I was glad because our sales associates, Whitney and Sylvia, were a pleasure to work with.
I had bought several used cars, but this was my first new one. It was easy to find our Atlas on Cars.com, and just as easy to reserve it. The whole experience from internet to facilities to people was great.
I just want thank Millo for a great first time experience in getting a me a great reliable car. Although, it was late and close to closing two nights straight he listened to my needs, and made sure I was fully taken care of. Felt like a distant uncle. He showed true compassion for what he does, and was not "pushy" in making you feel like you were just a sale. Karl was great as well in getting me in out and answering all questions I may have had as a first timer. Jersey made sure I got the most for my trade in and I truly appreciate the team work in making me feel okay about my purchase. Millo even made sure I got new windshield wipers not thinking he heard me he text me to let me know he was going to take care of everything. I sincerely appreciate everything guys. As the parent of a 16 year old purchasing their first car, we were incredibly fortunate to have been teamed up with Alex. He immediately understood the importance of managing our daughter???s expectations while respectfully responding to her wants. Meanwhile, Alex made sure he didn???t oversell a vehicle with bells and whistles we didn???t need. He truly was looking out for all of our best interest. NOW - we just bought her second car and had an equally if not more amazing experience. He treated her like an adult, again managing her wants and expectations to balance our willingness to pay. I wish our experience was video taped because I cannot fully explain how incredible of a buying experience we had with Alex - BOTH times.

Went into dealership 11/23/18 to look at the certified preowned vehicles and fell in love with a 2017 VW Tiguan. After a test drive with salesperson, Zoe Ray,I decided to buy it. Everyone involved in the process from Zoe thru the finance guy and those that prepared the SUV to come home with me validated Jim Ellis’s claim to “Expect the Best”. The SUV & the favorable deal were fantastic but the dealership’s people are equally as fantastic.

Sensor issue for tire pressure - shop searched and found recall that was not yet corrected and fixed that as well. In and out in an hour and a half. Multipoint inspection performed and very detailed and informative
I came into Jim Ellis VW to look at GTIs. My salesman, Gary Mollere, was very friendly and patient in letting me test drive both a Certified GTI and the new 2018 I ended up driving away in. He was happy to find any vehicle I had in mind and waited out in the cold for me to pick the color I liked best (Dark Iron Blue). When I had questions about an accessory, Gary pulled another vehicle off the lot to demonstrate it. We were able to reach a decent deal after little negotiating. When talking to Matt Rock in Finance, I was able to get a maintenance plan that makes sense for me. Gary has kept in touch to ensure my continued happiness. Thanks to all at Jim Ellis.
I had another great experience at Jim Ellis vw. I bought my first vw in 2014 from them. I never had any trouble s. Even though i didn't purchase my current vehicle there i was treated very well and will be going back for any future service needs.i received an emotion modification there and received a loaner vehicle which was very appreciated.
