I worked with Brendan In sales and Mike in service. It was a stressful decision to make as I have a 2013 GTI and it was time to buy a new one. I had a great experience getting the 2013 version service and purchasing my new 2025 GTI. I brought my VW Golf in for service with an appointment. Despite being backed up, the technician greeted me and asked for a few minutes. Once he got back, check-in was quick and friendly. The recall work took longer than initially expected, but the team kept me informed. The work was still completed same day. This was a positive experience and I will return the next time my auto needs service.
