This is the first time I've written a review about a company regarding their service. I've decided to do this because of exceptional level of help and service I received at Gengras Volkswagen in Plainville CT from sales manages Tom Backer and salesman Brian Radicki. Both Tom and Brian were professional in every sense of the word. They tool the time to listen and understand my needs and the type of car I wanted. They were extremely patient and helpful. They went FAR above the norm in every war to find a car they worked for me and fit my needs. I am happy to recommend Tom, Brian and Gengras Volkswagen. Kyriaki Kazalis (Keri) is the absolute best sales advocate in the car industry. She hand selected the absolute perfect first car for my son. We had some hiccups with the DMV that Keri and the Lia team were so patient and accommodating towards. Also thanks to Matt for getting us the right deal and Barbara for her diligence in getting the car registered. We will definitely be buying our next car from Lia Volkswagen of Enfield!

This experience purchasing a new car and trading in my old one has been the fastest, easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Everything discussed in advance for the purchase of my new GTI - done completely over the phone and email due to COVID - including pricing, fees, trade in allowance, etc was exactly what I expected from those discussions.  I worked with Tom Backer and Chrissy Sansabrino and they were both fantastic in all aspects.  There wasn't a single "surprise" or hiccup in the process and it made the experience the best.
