by German cars are the best period! from Billings, MT

Be very careful trading in a german car because the used car manager ( he came from the Dodge store) doesn't know how to book out a german vehicle at all (appraise) He did this once before to us and he hits the car so way back of actual trade in value it makes me think he doesn't know what he's doing or he just doesn't want the car. Either way I feel bad for this dealership because it cost them a deal. Mike the GM is a great guy just be careful if you trading in a used euro car. Still a good group of guys but need to learn about real german cars.
Had a very good car buying experience with sales man, Jon Pinardi. Not pushy. Just answered questions promptly and politely. He even picked me up at home the morning the car was ready (the dealership put snow tires on for us) and drove me to the dealership, which is over an hour away over a mountain pass. He very patiently explained all of the various features and controls of our new Outback, including using the paddle-controlled manual transmission for safely traversing the downhill side of said pass, of which Jon has years of driving experience. Highly recommend Jon. The dealership did try to up-sell me an expensive extended warranty in a little room with door closed, but this only lasted a few minutes and was the only negative to my purchase experience.
Looked at a car with intentions to purchase it. The car had a clean Carfax report with the salesman promoted heavily. We pulled out of the purchase because we found on Autocheck that the car had been in an accident. Dealer's should know all the history available, especially if they are going to promote accident free reports.
I'm a customer for life.Every part of my truck buying experience was easy and fast im very happy with my new truck and will recommend everyone I know to shop there they won't be dissatisfied.
There 100% worthy in my opinion. I hope this review helps anyone looking for a vehicle to go with Snyder
Jason Rhead went the extra mile to help us find a vehicle that would pull our trailer and yet still fit in our budget. He then helped us with a hitch and other things that made our truck complete. His approach was not that of a car salesman. His concern was to help us find a vehicle that would meet our needs at a price that we could live with, and he did just that. Because of his understanding and professionalism we will make Teton Volkswagen our first stop for car shopping in the future, and will recommend the same to others who are in need of transportation.
I have bought 6 or 7 vehicles from the guys over the years. That number triples when counting my extended family. They do their best to find you the vehicle you desire at a price that is fair and competitive. I would not have bought so many vehicles from them if the quality of vehicle and value was not aligned. Friendly, fair and trustworthy is a way to describe this dealership.
