I went to 3 cities and 5 dealerships looking for a specific type of vehicle. Rossco was one of those dealerships. At each of the other places I visited I felt somewhat intimidated by the sales staff but not here at Rossco at all.
Ricky was very friendly, professional and helpful. When diagnosing a possible issue with the car, he suggested exactly what I was thinking and we worked it out immediately.
The price was half KBB suggested price, CarFax was exceptional and the car drove out better than any of the others I tried. How many dealers this size offer CarFax "free" report - none I've found!

I saw several vehicles of interest in their inventory on Facebook Marketplace and drove an hour to see and test drive three different vehicles. I did not call ahead, but was instantly greeted and allowed to set my own agenda and test drive all three vehicles. The salesman, Kevin, was very accommodating and helpful with no pressure at any point. Once I identified the vehicle I preferred, I found them to be forthright and fair in negotiating the price, including my trade in. From there, their Finance Manager, Kai, was very helpful in completing the paperwork and accommodating our schedule. I had a five star experience and would gladly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used vehicle.
I approached Tre Kinney using Cars.com and he answered my questions promptly and provided the documents that I requested. He was pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle that I tested and anything that he did not know he refused to give us an answer on so as to avoid putting his foot in his mouth or just giving us what we wanted to hear, I respect this approach and it made me trust him more. We arrived in the evening (an hour before close) and when it came time to negotiate (dealership closing time) he sat with us and was patient in the approach. We counter offered three times and ultimately struck a deal. Tre and Carousel were willing to negotiate on the spot and were receptive to the reasoning behind my offer. Ultimately I got the deal I wanted and I am sure they got the deal they wanted. Win-win. Also a shout out to Chad in financing for sitting down and answering our questions. Highly recommend Tre and hope he does well at Carousel.

Billion has a WIDE selection of vehicles to choose from. We were looking for a specific vehicle, and Billion was the only dealership in Eastern Iowa with one. We emailed them we were interested, and they had it up front ready when we got there. The car was clean and as advertised. Some negotiating, better process than most dealerships, and received a fair deal (Not a steal, but fair).
My husband & I recently purchased a new Tucson--this is our third Hyundai. You can't beat the quality, warrantied and the price. Jake is very knowledgeable & professional sales rep--as were Ryan, the manager and T J, the finance officer. Everything was explained thoroughly and clearly. Service for our other Hyundais has always been a positive experience. I recommend that you talk to Jake when you decide to look for a vehicle--you could save some time, frustration and $$. My experiance with Billion Hyundai in Iowa City was all good. I live 170 miles away,so most of the deal was worked out online. When I arrived,the salesperson was courteous and helpful.And the car was clean and ready for me to drive.I`m glad I made the drive to Billion.I think the price I paid was fair,and they gave me a fair deal on my trade. I give em 2 thumbs up!
I just bought a new vehicle from Billion and had an excellent experience. I was a bit hesitant and cautious working with them at first, since this site has so many negative reviews for this dealer, but the experience was absolutely top-notch all the way around. I knew exactly what car I wanted, with the exception of the color. We had worked out the financials of the deal over email, as I live approx. 2 hours away from this dealer. Upon arrival, the two cars were up front and ready for me, the salesperson was very courteous and welcoming, I selected the car and had no surprises at all during the purchasing process. They held true to the numbers we had worked out before my arrival, and made the 2 hour drive 100% worth it. I would absolutely work with them again, and in particular, my salesperson (Jeff).
Everything about buying my vehicle was made easy. Communication was great, there were no surprises, and my salesman knew every detail about the car. Total time spent at the dealer was probably less than two hours, including the initial test drive and walk around, all the way through finalizing the paperwork.
