I took my vehicle in for its 7,500 mile service appointment. The staff from check-in until I left were very courteous and helpful. I bought my vehicle brand new back in March and with a service department like Kia has I am hoping for a long life from my vehicle.
I have bought over 25 cars in my life and never have I ever felt so good about my buying experience. Amado, the owner, was so honest and fair with us and he has a wonderful staff of non-pressure salespersons. We worked with Fernando Diaz, a very caring individual meeting all our needs, not at all like a typical cars salesman. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had!!

I’m very happy with my 2015 Kia Optima. When I came into the dealership Saturday morning Carolyn was waiting and ready to go for me. Carolyn was very helpful with listening to what I wanted, instead of tryjng to push something I didnt on me. Throughout the entire process Carolyn went out of her way to make sure that all of my questions were answered. Being able to feel like you are not just another number goes without saying, but also feeling like your getting a vehicle you can depend on is a great feeling . Having the 20yr./200,000mi. Warranty on my car also helps me have a sense of ease.

I recently traded in my Sonata for a newer (used) model and the process was seamless! My salesman, Josh Moon, offered to send me additional photos and a video of the car I was interested in to assure me this car met my expectations before making the hour trip to the dealership to see it. There is nothing worse that seeing a car online and then going to see it in person at the dealer and it's a total disappointment. Not the case here at all. While out on the test drive they assessed my car for the trade-in value. By the time I returned they were ready to propose some numbers. The entire process was very relaxed and seamless. It was about closing time and I did not feel rush in the least. The finance person, Dan Lochner, was very thorough and also took his time with me even though it was beyond closing time. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The salesman, Josh, texted me the next morning to follow-up and to let me know if I had any question to let them know. Nothing short of an awesome experience.
