Richard, Nick, and the rest of the team at Capo VW made buying our new car as fun, exciting, and stress-free as it should be. We knew the exact make/model/trim/color/extras that we wanted so we sent a request online and they gave us their best price for the exact configuration we asked for. Their response was prompt, and they didn???t quote us MSRP and force us to haggle down to a reasonable price, or try to push us to a different trim or color just because they happened to have one on the lot. After shopping around, no other dealership was able to match Capo???s offer either. We ended up needing to wait for delivery of our car but Richard kept us in the loop with updates as he got them. Everyone at Capo treated my wife and I with a level of respect that we did not receive from other dealerships we visited; we never had that feeling that we were swimming in a pool full of hungry sharks. Richard is total car nerd (like me) and I had a lot of fun talking about all the cool technology and safety features on our new Atlas, I learned about a handful features that I hadn???t read/seen about online when researching the car. After we signed all the paperwork, Richard sat us in the car and helped us program the seats/mirrors/radio for each driver profile; the car welcomes you by name on the dashboard when you get in! He even synced our phones to the car and helped us program ???Home??? in the navigation system. All this helped us feel extremely familiar with the car driving off the lot. If you???re looking for a new VW or a used car that they have, do yourself a favor and check with Capo VW first. We will absolutely shop with them again when we're ready for our next car.
