I truly enjoyed my shopping experience yesterday on Friday. October 2, 2015. Mia was very patient, professional, and caring in listening to my needs and concerns. Car met all my needs and exceeded my expectations! Its a beautiful car in and out. With an extremely smooth ride. I'd buy it again. And again.
Not bad guys. Salesmen are salesmen, but they really do give you a good deal and friendly, quick service. They outsource financing but they're responsive and get it done.

Got the 2.5 SEL Passat, wish I would've gotten the SEL premium due to the proximity key, which is nice for not having to dig through your purse. Great sound system(fender) but slow Bluetooth pairing. The seats are average. Get about 25 MPG in mixed driving, 32 on the highway. Won't win any races but also have not had any mechanical trouble yet, almost 60,000 on it now.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

The model is one of the best spaces for me, great sound and comfort. Great saver gas and reliable. In overall its a good car.
We had been shopping for a car for months... Aqura' Brown was very helpful and extremely patient with us. He was honest about what we were going to be getting. I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking to buy a car.

fits all my needs and comforts especially for the price. has leather, sunroof and Bluetooth with a 6 cylinder engine that helps move when needed.
Great car! Fun to drive, quiet on the highway and never had a problem with it! This is our second VW to own and hadn’t had a problem with either one. Lots of room inside for adults in the front and back and tons of trunk space and excellent on gas! Great value for the money!
I was amazed with the courtesy provided this dealership. I was expecting to get a ride home until they completed the repairs on my car. Kathy asked me if I wanted a loaner car? I responded how much per day is it. She replied it’s free! I nearly spit my coffee out when I heard this. I said thank you to her.
The problem with my car the check engine light comes on. I went to Autozone and the ran a test that revealed P0101. ITunes U videos showed this being an Mass Airfow Sensor as the cause of the problem. I had 29,300 miles on the car, thinking that it would cost me an arm and leg if I took the car to the dealership. I bought some MAS cleaner from autozone thinking I could fix this on my own. To make a long story short. I went ahead a took the car from the dealership. This was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and Kathy said they would start the repair on Friday due to the holiday. On Friday around noon I received a call from Kathy and she told me I could pick the car up anytime before 7 PM.
At end of the conversation I had ask how was it going to cost me? I held my breath! All repairs were free! Yes Free!
I went to pickup my car and and came home a happy man.
Today is sad that more businesses doesn’t that type of service! I appreciate Nissan dealership in Lewisville their staff for making my day just a little bit better. If the scale was 100 I would them 100 stars for the courtesy, professionalism and desire to give quality service to the people who bought cars from them.
Kathy should a get raise for her excellent customer service and her professionalism. Rating. 100 stars!

Car is very nice. Drives smooth. Lots of room in back seat and trunk. Very nice looking interior and exterior. Very comfortable. Great safety ratings!
I brought my 2007 Chevy Tahoe in for brake service on short notice and they took care of it and cleaned the outside.

We bought this car new. We have the SE model, with Nav. It has the 5 cylinder gas engine. What a great car. We are 85K miles in, and it is still running strong with no issues. I am meticulous with maintenance, and this car is more expensive to maintain than others. Oil and air filters are about twice as much as ones for an equivalent domestic brand. We have taken this car on many long road trips, plenty of room and fantastic mileage. We normally get about 30 MPG on the interstate. Really good for a car this size. Its quiet, and comfortable too. I'm 6'2" about 220 pounds. I can ride anywhere in this car and have plenty of room. The truck is huge. We are soon going to pass this car to my daughter, and my wife wants another VW for herself. We have been really happy with this car.
I was talking to another dealer about buying a 2018 GTI, but they gave me the run around constantly (oh it doesn't include our add-ons, oh it includes every incentive, etc.). I walked into Hendrick and made it known I wanted a new GTI. After an initial lowball on my trade-in they easily matched it and lowered the price on theirs below the other dealer. They made the buying process simple and easy. Plus they (the dealer) covers the first 10K service which VW no longer does . Another plus. Finance was pushy to sell their stuff, but it wasn't too bad. Overall I'd give them a 4.5/5.

This car has pick-up, very quiet, very comfortable to drive. I cannot complain about this car at all. Or complain about the gentleman who helped me to get it.
I usually hate buying cars and having to be at the dealership for hours. But I had a great buying experience with Ademir and his manager Jeremy. They were very professional to work with during the entire process
Kevin Taylor did excellent sales work with us, his efforts to give us the best car buying experience were very appreciated! After the sale, I had a question about something and could not get through to anyone at the dealership on multiple occasions. Kevin's extension didn't work, the sales department didn't answer their extension on no less that six occasions, and the automated voice prompts to reach the operator were met with a never ending looped recording of "that is not a valid extension". I finally got through to someone in Service who routed me to Finance, where Albert was extremely helpful. Your people are great, but your phone system was seriously broken from September 12-21, 2018.

based on the number of problems i have had with this car I will never buy a volkswagen again. Let me list the problems. Had to have a front end alignment before warranty was up, which the dealership tried to charge me for. replaced multiple front rotors due to warping. replaced driver side caliper due to sticking. replaced passenger side a frame bushing(not cheap) now the door locks are not working correctly.. the passenger side vents blow cold air when heater is on. both tail lights burned out and these problems started as soon as the warranty was up and the car does not have 80000 miles on it.. Dont buy this car!!!!!

I had a very specific car in mind that Metro Volkswagen had in stock. I called and Jonathan answered. He was very professional over the phone and more so in person. He had the car ready to test drive before I arrived. He was very knowledgeable about every feature on the car. I was looking for a Jetta TDI and this one was the absolute cleanest one I had seen. I had already test driven 4 others at other dealers. After deciding to buy, I was there less than a half hour to finish up the paperwork and had the keys in my hands. Best experience I’ve ever had buying a car!
So I am a full-time college student that needed to find a new car after the last car I had broke down. Ralph "Goose" Partida sat down with me, reviewed my options, and with everything said and done managed to put me in a 2013 Malibu with a GREAT low payment! Overall, Ralph and everyone at Hertz Richardson treated me very well and I will definitely be returning if I ever need a car, or if anyone I know needs a car!!
