While driving to St Louis for a 2 day meeting meeting, I got a diagnostic warning on the car. Made it (in panic mode) the last 12 miles to my hotel and called the closest BMW dealer just before closing time. I wanted to have the car towed over to the service dept. I was told the service dept was really backed up and to call back when they opened tomorrow morning. When I called back at 7AM, I got Patti Kupfer. She said send it on over and she'd get it looked at and see what they could do. She called back later that day and told me the problem and said the parts were in stock and she thought they could get it finished by the time my meeting was over. True to her word the car was ready as promised! Great service!
It's pretty nerve racking purchasing a car sight unseen from 9-hours away, however Dave made the entire process easy! Dave answered all of my questions and fulfilled my requests in a timely and professional manner; qualities that only one could expect from an expert such as himself. Even though I had only spoken to him on the phone once and the rest through text message, I knew that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone that would like to purchase one of Dean Team's fine automobiles, but has any qualms due to distance. I can only imagine what purchasing a vehicle from him in person would be like!

Malkum was awesome and worked with me when I told him what car I wanted and what I could afford. I never felt pressured to negotiate up or take a deal I wasn???t comfortable with. I was treated respectfully while I car shopped and in the weeks following my purchase. I???m extremely impressed with my experience, and I would go to Dean Team and Malkum again in a heartbeat!

Our sales person James Logston made this purchase one of my best car purchasing experiences in the 40 years of my car buying years. He knew what he was talking about throughout the deal. He was able to answer all our questions. We went in with the feeling of this was going to be a bad thing, but shortly after the first ten minutes or so, we began to feel comfortable in what we were about to do. I would refer James to anyone who is in the car buying market, be it used or new.
