I purchased a used vehicle at Joseph and it was the best car purchasing experience I can remember. I got a great deal and a great warranty at no cost with the purchase.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
This is my fourth Volkswagen and my second time buying from Kings VW. I drive out of my way to go to Kings because of their awesome knowledgeable sales staff and great selection. My last experience was the best car buying experience ever. So naturally when it came time to buy my next vehicle, I went straight to Kings Volkswagen.
Chris was so easy to work with. I was selling my VW GTI and they offered to buy it from me. Chris made it a painless and seamless transaction. I would definitely recommend this dealership and any of their sales staff.
Justin spent 3 hours with me today looking at 4 models of VWs. He took the time to get to know my needs and find the best fit vehicle. He also knows not only about VWs but how they compare to other cars in the market. He also has some pretty impressive friends, but that's another story. If you are in the market for a VW please ask for Justin. He will treat you with respect and empathy both not always found in the car buying experience.
One quick call to Justin to confirm our new vehicle was still avai or was the start to our buying process. One hour drive, we pulled into the lot with our new vehicle in the shade to look over. Justin provided a full review of the vehicle, followed by a test drive..which sealed the deal. Not a complaint by any means; but it would've been nice to have the paperwork processed quicker..out of state and vehicle trade-in I believe slowed down the buying process. Great experience from people who genuinely care to please! Don't ask for free stuff unless you buy a VW :)
A couple of things that I was supposed to have handed to me at the dealership were not. I asked for them to be sent to me, 3 weeks later, still nothing. I asked for one additional chunk of information, nothing. Make sure you get everything before you walk out the door!
There were certain things I was concerned about with my purchase, but I felt in the long run it could be handled when we got back home. We traveled from Wi. to Ohio for this car, because I wanted one like the one it replaced. Turned out it was an EX model which was an upgrade. Great! My wife was a little leery when there was no mechanic's checklist available, but the only problem was that the radio power knob didn't work so you couldn't shut the radio off. we purchased the car & headed back to Wi. & the day after we returned, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. Took it to our mechanic.. oxygen sensor. OK. All in all it was worth the drive down & we ended up with a decent vehicle.
A good experience at the Kerry Nissan. are salesman Brent Adams was very knowledgeable and helpful on the Choice of our new vehicle. After two days of driving i did not likes the 19 ??? tires and the dealership changed them to 18??? no questions asked.
We were thinking of purchasing a used Pilot, but found the CR-V new and we a so pleased. Our sales lady, Kelly was very professional. No pressure, great sales person. Also the financial process was smooth and pleasant
Jeremy Howard was my sale representative. I can honestly say he was the best salesperson I have ever worked with why purchasing a car/truck. No pressure, non haggling approach. He didn't play the typical game most dealerships play with wanting to know what payment I was looking for. I told him the price and teuck I wanted and he delivered!!! As long as he is in the business I will be a client if his and Whitewater motors going forward!!!!

We arrived an hour before they were scheduled to close and they were still more than willing to help us. About 3 of the staff members stayed late to make sure we left happy. They took extra time to find us the right kind of financing that worked for our budget. Excellent customer service and quality vehicles.

After being hit in a minor rear-end collision I heard a rattling sound. During a routine maintenance visit Robert was good enough to take a ride with me so he could experience the rattle itself. The service center was very good about identifying the noice, which was loose exhaust hanger. It was quickly fixed. Communication was excellent with Robert, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience.
The closing process was painless and excellent and that gentlemen was beyond helpful . The negotiations with the manager on duty was great . The salesmen Paul was very inconsiderate and very scatterbrained . I purchased two cars at the same time from him and he kept rushing and disappearing and kept mentioning he had other people he was needing to sell to . He attempted to try and talk me out of installing the hard top that came with the vehicle and thought it was a joke that I wanted to see the Jeep on a lift . I felt that I stood around and waited for long periods of time only to have to keep reminding him why I was waiting there . Overall the dealership was great and all but the experience of service we got on the sales side of things was miserable . He also knew nothing at all about the cars .
