I just don't know where to begin. The sales rep Mark is magnificent. He took care of my mother and then some. Mark went above and beyond to make sure my mother's experience was something she would talk about for years to come. Tom, (manager), also made his presence known. He did what a boss should do and more. We will definitely recommend Lash Volkswagon to everyone we know. I am in the market for a new car and had my mind made up on a different model. However, after the way they treated my mother and witnessing her experience I have been converted to Volkswagon......but not just any dealership. LASH and LASH alone will get my business. Every person there from the service center to the sales floor greeted us with a smile and just took the time to make sure we were good. Thanks for showing my mom love and I look forward to writing another review about my own car buying experience in a month or so. FYI the star selection on this site needs improvement. It doesn't let you select 5 stars on the other categories, only went to 3. The buying process and facility were 5 STARS as well.
I Found MY Mercedes on line called and spoke with Nick . He explained to me in detail about the car and sent me additional pics. I was coming from NJ and i didn't want to waste the trip. My credit was not the greatest . Nick told me that he can get almost anyone approved to just come down with the info that he asked me for. I was there yesterday changing the oil in my car for the first time. From the moment when I drove through the gates to the time when I got back in my car I felt like I was a very special customer there. Everyone there did their best but for the most part I must thank Steve Harris. He pointed out on an important safety recall that needed to be fixed in my car and I agreed to leave the car to fix it. I got it back on time no problems at all.Steve was there to answer any questions and for assistance from the beginning to the end. I had the best experience in Honda Service Center!!
