I’m very satisfied yet again with Troy Burns who put up with me for another great car buying experience. I went back to Greenway for the simple reason that Troy treated me so well the first time I went for my very first new car ever. This second time was just as much of an enjoyable experience. He knows the cars, knows the options, and knows what things are available to you as a customer. He makes sure you know your car inside and out before you leave. I would gladly direct anyone toward him to get you in your new ride. You won’t be disappointed!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Joseph was my associate and he was very helpful. Taking time to explain what was done and why. He also showed me recommendations for other services I should consider. When I explained that due to the recent holiday I would have to postpone some of the items, he was considerate and assured me that I could contact him when I was ready. Overall it was an excellent experience!
I contacted the dealer because the mileage advertised seemed very low in relation to the price. The dealer contacted me immediately and confirmed that the advertised mileage was incorrect. At that point the was no longer a good deal and a thanked him for a quick response.
Met my sales rep Jason Bonilla at a set appointment time and drove 2 different vehicles I found online. He had them both ready to go we drove both and I picked out the one I liked best and it had a fair price from the research I had done and we did the paperwork and done. I was in and out in exactly 3 hours and hour of that was testing and looking over the vehicles. Smoothest auto purchase I've ever had and I'm 52 and have bought plenty of vehicles. Also the young lady I dealt with at the front desk was very friendly and professional.
