I purchased a used vehicle from Wynn VW this past weekend. The entire process was seamless. Mac met me for a test drive and was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would say I spent a total of 1.5 hours at the dealership between the test drive, going over the paperwork, and signing the paperwork. Rob, the finance guy was great too! Super friendly. I had my 4 month old daughter with me so he understood my need to be in and out as fast as possible. I have purchased cars from other dealers in the past and spent HOURS if not a whole day trying to close the deal. This was not the case. Highly recommend Mac and the rest of the staff at Wynn!

Found this particular model (R-line w/lighting package))with 16,500 miles on it. Bought it 4 months ago, put 2,500 miles on it with road trip to Florida...no issues (and upper 30's on mpg highway)5, 000 miles overall. Ride and comfort good, lots of storage/leg room, technology excellent (had 2009 Jetta prior), and many comments on good looks. Still have year to go on warranty, don't expect any issues.
Kel helped me purchase a 2011 Jetta SE on Saturday - the entire experience was wonderful. The car was a great value and the sales process was low key and very helpful. I took the car home later on a Saturday. Unfortunately, the check engine light came on as soon as I got it home and the car started to drive terribly. I was disappointed and upset to say the least. I sent Kel a couple of distress emails and expected that I might have a major hassle on my hands. I was wrong. Kel called me at 9:11 am on Monday morning and was very concerned - he had me bring the car right in. I did and Mark Svenkeson took a look at it and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes. No charge! Wow!! This is a company that stands behind their products. This is what a dealership should be.

Plenty of power and very comfortable ride. Looks and feels like an expensive lux. car. Very responsive. Just took a 6k trip, very satisfied with performance and quality. Cruise control could keep up on hills better is one concern and air conditioner sometimes takes to much time to cool.
We had a great time. Sevice was great by all the staff. Stop by just to see the lot. And we ended up with a great car at a good price. Thank you very much.

This is the 5th VW I’ve owned & the first Passat I’ve owned. Very impressed with the craftsmanship, reliability, and the interior is very spacious. Gets great gas mileage, performance is good, and love the styling of the R-Line package. Would definitely purchase again, but would choose the V6 as the performance of the 4 cylinder is average. Overall I would recommend this car for anyone looking for a great car for commuting, and for hauling around the family. Has plenty of standard features that you would pay extra elsewhere.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

this is a very comfortable vehicle with adequate power and interior space. Negatively, there are a few rattles which influence negatively the pleasure of driving.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

The 2017 VW Passat 1.8 Turbo comfortline is a great all around car. The car is extremely roomy and very comfortable. My two kids love the back seat and report that they have plenty of room. The performance of my passat is excellent. No reliability concerns at this point.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

This car has plenty of space especially in the rear seat. Plenty of power and gets really good gas mileage on the highway for the size of the vehicle. I got a great price on it and comes with all the options you can think of for the year and how much do vehicle cost.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

Great car where a 6 foot 2 driver can also be a comfortable rear seat passenger. Good gauges and info displays. Responsive steering and plenty of go for the on ramps. Good mileage in 30s overall. With good tires does well even in MN winters!

Every car I have owned over the past 12 years , I found several reviews that were negative and others commenting on styling etc. I read several reviews on this car about the lack of exterior styling and how it was a plain and simple car. Hey go look and test drive the car or any car and if you don't like it don't buy it, it is that simple. We have freedom of choice in America. I buy a car because I like it , not because some guy in California did or didn't like it. I like the plain styling both inside and out. It runs great feels good and is very comfortable and responsive to drive. I am old school and the simpler a car is the better I like it. I don't want or need a car with more components then the space shuttle. I want a car to get from point a to b comfortable and responsive and this is that car. I love the car. I bought it pre-owned with very little miles on it. Traded my big xxx SUV in on it since I no longer work and do not have to drive one hour to work daily. Hey if it snows I stay home now, how easy can that be. Check the car out and make your own choice. Mine is in Real White and I had more heads turned then when I had my two Mustangs. One was also in white. No matter how fast a car is or how fast it gets from zero to 60, it doesn't matter. This cars accelerates quick enough to get up to interstate speed which is fast enough for me. I have already squealed the tires twice so far and I was not even trying. The Turbo is awesome. Your choice , buy it because you like it or don't, no one is twisting your arm. But I like it. and highly recommend it. I am a old school motor head, I used to do a lot of my own repairs and own a lot of muscle cars. A long time ago I bought a VW Bug because my car was in the body shop and it was very reliable and no matter how hard you tried , you couldn't kill it. I trust VW and German engineering and am sure this will also be reliable. Hey all cars have problems at one time or another, take care of it, do the maintenance and oil changes etc and I am sure it will last a long time. My son has owned 2 GTI's and that have been reliable and solidly built . Thought I would give VW a shot and I am glad I did I bought mine at Hanover VW in Hanover Pa and the dealership was fantastic. If you are in the neighborhood stop by and see Travis, he is a great salesman and all around decent young man. Glad I went there.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Went to several different other dealerships and all were painful long tedious with the EXCEPTION OF LANDSDALE Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. REGINA JACOBS was refreshing… informative, patient showed me several different options to meet our budget. She then worked her butt off in trying to get me the magic # that I required. Inventory at Lansdale Dodge Jeep Ram has Quality Stock far better than other dealerships. Do what we did… Venture out and see for yourself that you will not want to go to another dealership when you compare.
Called to ask if a Tundra had a bench seat or bucket seats since they had no interior photos. Was told on the phone it didn't have a bench seat (bench seat is a no go for me). I drive all the way there and sure enough it had a bench seat. Looked great on the outside but the inside was a deal killer for me.
We worked with Vinny and I would highly recommend him as your sales consultant. He is very knowledgeable about these vehicles and their safety features, which was one of the main reasons I was getting a CX-5 with the Grand Touring trim and Premium package. We told him that we wanted to buy the car cash and get out of there quickly and he made this happen. The only thing I would recommend to this dealership is to get some half and half or heavy cream for the fridge by the coffee machine instead of having just the powder creamer.
The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and that it would take more than an hour). Last I checked, it only takes a few minutes to check windshield washer fluid and make sure the tires are inflated perfectly. The service was originally for a factory recommended ???ECM Programming.??? My question, if you???re trying to improve your customer service, why wouldn???t you just perform a courtesy fluid check (after all you had the car for an hour)? Strangely, the R/O says it was performed
Saw the car online. Looked like a good deal. Read some not so great reviews about this dealership but liked the price point for the vehicle year and low mileage so gave them a shot. Tremendously pleased with the car, the experience, and the staff. Josh sold us the car and Ryan, the manager, filled in when Josh was closing another sale. Very informative and considerate gentlemen. I was pre-approved which made the process smoother. Also received great value for my low mileage trade in. Plan to return for my next purchase.
