i recently went to Tasca in Cranston with my significant other to pick up a car that he had just purchased with no intention of looking at or buying a car for myself. We (and other family members) have always called on "our" salesperson Lou Colon when we wanted to purchase a vehicle, while my significant other was signing his paperwork, Lou told me about a car that had just come in and he thought it would be perfect for me. i looked at the car and fell in love with it. Lou was right the car he showed me was perfect for me! i love my "new" car! i can't say enough about the Tasca dealership in Cranston. Everyone i have ever dealt with at Tasca has always been friendly and courtesy. They do everything possible to make the car buying process as easy as possible. i will continue to recommend Lou Colon and the Tasca dealership in Cranston.
Went there they where expecting me and made my visit very comforting . I would take my car back there anytime I need service . Would like to thank David and his service and my visit very worthy . I would recommend anyone else that owns a Mitsubishi to go to there store
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I have to go here a few times for warranty work. My 2014 Mirage is still "new" and not a popular vehicle, so I will only trust a dealer with anything beyond brakes or oil changes. Dave Slotnick and his staff have always done a good job with the car. I think I have thrown them for a loop with warranty repairs that they have not run into yet with this particular make and model, and they're pretty patient and always figure out the source of the problem and fix it. My advice would be to set better expectations about repair time and turnaround. They usually grossly underestimate how long it will take to do something and strike me as understaffed, so they tell you something will take 2 hours that will actually take up most of a day. It would help in terms of how clients use their time to set more realistic expectations.
Excellent service all of the way around. From the initial conversation with Amber in the internet sales department, to working with Chris Wall and our awesome sales person Eddie. We can not say enough great things about our experience.
We have been looking for a new car, in particular a new Atlas. Comparing the price to other dealerships they were very competitive. Enough for us to make the 45 minute drive to the dealership.
Chris was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and in person and Eddie was the best car sales person I have ever dealt with.
Eddie is a no b.s kind of guy which is nice and refreshing. He was not pushy at all and he really emphasizes putting the customer first. He has exceptional customer service.
We were in finance about an hour past closing on a Saturday and Eddie sat and waited for us the whole time to walk us out!
The day we picked up the car, Eddie showed us the ins and outsm, had the car inspected and we were ready to go.
This dealership believes in what they sell, and most if not all of the employees drive Volkswagens. Thank you again and we love our new Atlas. I would recommend North Attelboro Volkswagen to everyone.
Thanks to Saul Nieves for a very painless and smooth process buying my Rav 4. If your looking for a new or quality used car I recommend contacting him. Megan Chapman
