My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. went in to look at a used vehicle but ended up buying a new passat. kevin was very helpful and did not pressure me, the discount on new car was fantastic and trade in value was good too. the facility is very clean and the whole process didnt take long at all.
I worked with Jeff B, who was very courteous, patient and professional. He answered all my questions and there was no sales pressure at all. He took a great deal of time in order to explain all the features, bells and whistles of the vehicle. It was a relaxed experience and a pleasure to work with him.
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.

There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars.

I have to go here a few times for warranty work. My 2014 Mirage is still "new" and not a popular vehicle, so I will only trust a dealer with anything beyond brakes or oil changes. Dave Slotnick and his staff have always done a good job with the car. I think I have thrown them for a loop with warranty repairs that they have not run into yet with this particular make and model, and they're pretty patient and always figure out the source of the problem and fix it. My advice would be to set better expectations about repair time and turnaround. They usually grossly underestimate how long it will take to do something and strike me as understaffed, so they tell you something will take 2 hours that will actually take up most of a day. It would help in terms of how clients use their time to set more realistic expectations.
Really satifisfied amazing service. The guy at the dealer was really approachable and friendly. People like that is the people you need for dealers great guy.
