Great dealership. Worked with Charles Pithis to purchase a Golf . He was knowledgable and friendly. No high pressure sales at this dealership. Full transparency from start to finish. Tim Bishop helped me through the buying process and jumped on the phone with me whenever I needed to speak with him. Tim Pullo also stepped-in and really saved the day, as well. I truly haven't had an easier, less stressful experience with a dealer. I would recommend Tim Bishop to friends and family.
They had the exact car we were looking for and the price was great. They made the whole sale process easy and quick. Dealership is new and clean with a great waiting area. And when we picked the car up it was spotless.
The buying experience for my new 2019 Jetta was everything I expected with zero hassles. The salesperson Jens Albrecht listened to my needs and answered all requirements - I recommend this dealer without hesitation.

Sales person was not pushy. He was polite, professional and patient. We went over the car , he answered my questions and then we talked business. We did not come to an agreement but his demeanor did not change. T he next morning he called with an improved offer, I returned to the dealer ship and soon had a deal.
Our salesperson, Jeff, was very informative and answered all our questions. During the test drive, he didn???t have answers for 2 questions and he jotted them down and got answers for us when our test drive was over. When we got there I told him that I would not be buying a car that day because I wanted to test drive a couple of others. He sold me on the Atlas. The dealership also happened to have a carseat laying around so I can test the room once a carseat is installed. Brilliant!
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.
Finally, a salesman that knows about the vehicles they are selling! Richard W. at Commonwealth Chevy was very knowledgeable about all of the differences between the options on the vehicles we looked at, and took the time to explain them to us. He knew what the different option packages included and could quickly show us what those features were, and how they worked. Very helpful!
Bill McGrath was my service advisor. He was very professional, did everything he said he would do, kept me informed and wA very good experience.as very courteous. He stayed beyond closing time to make sure I got my car as promised.
I saw a jeep posted on Car Gurus and contacted dealer. They responded quickly. I later set a time to see car and I then saw the price increase on car gurus. Timing didn't seem right, I told them this, therefore deducted one star. Maybe it was an error, who knows (they corrected it). Anyway, my in person visit was fine. I was very happy with the deal and got a very competitive price. The staff and my sales person Peter were great. So overall I was happy with the experience and with the vehicle so far. If I was in the market, I would buy car from them again.

I had never bought a new car right from a dealership and was very wary of what to expect from what people had told me. I new i wanted a volkswagen gti but didnt know which avenue to take(used or new.) Tegan made that easy for me to figure out and went to bat for me to make sure i got the best deal i could. She was friendley, informal, polite, and explained what she believed to be the best option for me. As a result i got the car i wanted at the price that worked for me! I would 100% recomend friends and family go to colonial and ask for tegan if they need a new car!.

Love how the service people explain everything and always what's forthcoming the following year so I never have any surprises. That's why I wouldn't go anywhere else , because they are honest and forthcoming .
The services I took my car in for were a few recalls that weren't taken care of by previous dealer, alignment and other various repairs. They are very thorough with their work and the team in the offices recognize your concern and assist where it's needed. One service, I noticed a piece was a little off and they are currently in the process of replacing that piece. Thumbs up.
