I'm very pleased with customer service at this dealer. Clayton was amazing. I had to leave my car to get service while on vacation. He texted me and keep me updated about my car during the week. I got my car fixed ahead of schedule and they let me leave it there until I get back. Anya was also wonderful and very helpful. I'm a happy camper.
We were visiting from TX and decided to shop for a new vehicle. We went to VW of South Costa Mesa and fell in love with the 2018 Atlas. We met with Ricardo Dominguez who made our buying experience excellent. The building was clean and well equipped, the staff was super friendly even the GM came out to meet us. The procedure was explained from start to finish and the paperwork was done in no time accurately. The vehicle was cleaned and topped off and we were on our way with our new family vehicle. I have a 2009 VW CC which recently had the EPC light turn on/off randomly during times of idle. I called VW Cerrritos and spoke with Spencer who explained what could be the possible causes for the light turning on. He recommended I try to replicate the problem before bringing the car in if it was safe to do so, this would prevent me from losing money if the problem didn't show up during the diagnostic. I decided to purchase an affordable OBDII reader that worked through an app on my phone and was able to retrieve a code for a camshaft sensor. I told Spencer my findings and got an appointment set up for the next day at 8am. The car was diagnosed quickly and was back to me the same day of drop off. This process included diagnosing the problem, calling the warranty service for an "OK", repairs, and waiting for the warranty to send payment after the repair was done. I'm not sure were the Camshaft sensor in my car is but that is a quick turn around considering all parties involved. I was provided with a ride home after drop off and a ride to pick up my vehicle which really made things so much more convenient. If a 6th star was possible I would just for the customer service alone. I thank you again Spencer and all the service members involved for taking care of my VW and giving me peace of mind.

I had the best car buying experience in my life! I called multiple dealerships to do some research on getting the best deals for a car and leasing options. By far, Russell had been the best! Not to go to deep into it but I felt other dealerships were giving me the run-around. He went above and beyond in my opinion to not only get the car that I wanted but for my needs as well. All the interaction was done by phone. Being that I've never done business with them before, I had so much faith in Russell that I drove an hour to make sure they had my business; I live in Fontana. They will definitely have my business again as well as any referrals! Buying the car from them potentially saved me hundreds if not thousands, and I can't imagine what would happen if I took my business somewhere else.
