In the length of time that I was there which was pretty long considering a service call although it was pretty lengthy it was very very efficient they did what they needed to do and got me out of there I would recommend going there although I would like a less shorter wait time
We recently purchased a 2018 X3 M40i. This is the third BMW we have purchased from Preston BMW. We have driven past an other BMW dealer to get to Preston's! The sales staff is patient, never pushy and will do whatever it takes to make the experience pleasant. Our most recent sales rep was Mr. Paul Ruchtie. He is extremely knowledgeable. We probably test drove 10 cars to get the feel for what we wanted in our new BMW. He kept us informed as to when the model we wanted would be shipped and its arrival. It's an amazing vehicle. We own another Ultimate Driving Machine and we will continue to purchase at Preston's.
When I brought up the problem with the rear seat belts on my Passat, Sean Gerringer was quick to agree with the safety risk. He ordered parts, called me when they arrived, and scheduled my replacement appointment. He also arranged a vehicle for my use during the repair. Work done; safety issue fixed. All good, including my review of VW of South Charlotte.
This was my family???s second time leasing with South Charlotte VW and Moe made the transition smooth for us. Very willing to provide detailed cost breakdowns and to help me reach a reasonable payment. Would definitely recommend.
Al Condrey and team are outstanding. Professional, responsive, and courteous! My headlight went out on Tuesday night and they had me in the next day and out in no time. This dealership/service center is the finest I have seen in 35-years of driving.
Made an appointment to get some recalls done and a oil change. Was told I???d be in and out in under two hours so I opted to wait for my vehicle. After 2 1/2 hours I asked for a ride as they forecasted another 2 hours till it was done. Buying the vehicle was great at LHM Dodge, each service however is a xxxx nightmare.

Axel is honest, genuine and fun to work with. Yes, the finance guy is fun! He went above and beyond to work with me and my situation. I left feeling good about the financing, and amazing about the car I brought home. You could tell he shared in my excitement which is just cool. This dealership is the best - Moya, Michelle and Axel - they are honest, helpful, and there is no pressure at any time. This is my 3rd car from VW ST - I'm truly a client for life.
The appointment was pleasant and speedy, however the price was a bit on the high side. I priced the same service at Checkered Flag and it was way less expensive. I???ll definitely result to YouTube in the future for changing bulbs. Abby is great, she???s always sweet to my daughter!
This is my 5th lease with Bayside Volkswagen. They take their time in explaining everything to their customers. I can see how much they value customer loyalty, which is why I plan to continue dealing with them until I die or have my license taken away! :-D

Lost both of my key fobs and had to have my car towed to dealer for new key fob & programming. Pleasant experience with both parts & service depts. Service also took care of an airbag recall while I was there. Overall great experience.
I have been "watching cars" for almost a year. I almost bought a car 6 months ago, but the dealership valued my trade-in so low, I walked away. I am so glad that I did. When the Audi A4 came up at Overturf, I simply entered my interest on the website. Frank Valle responded the next day. Overturf valued my car fairly which allowed me to feel confident from the very beginning. Frank was upfront about every detail of the sale. Many of the details were dealt with by text, which helped immensely because of my work schedule and travel plans. I asked about two issues and they were handled immediately. I brought in the car on one occasion equipped with student grading to do since I assumed I would be put in a room while the Service department resolved the issue. Frank sat with me the entire time just chatting. He was really friendly and open. I assumed a dealership experience would be a hassle and intimidating, and it was just the opposite. When I decide to upgrade again, I will go back to Overturf.
In May 2018 I purchased a used Kia Soul. The car was a bad fit and my service dog did not like it; maybe alien green? So I called DH Kia, spoke with Kurt, met by Randy and Ray to buy a new 2019 Forager. Took a few hours with "onsight" financing and we were off, good to go. (Thx Bob). These guys are the BEST 😉
