I have been "watching cars" for almost a year. I almost bought a car 6 months ago, but the dealership valued my trade-in so low, I walked away. I am so glad that I did. When the Audi A4 came up at Overturf, I simply entered my interest on the website. Frank Valle responded the next day. Overturf valued my car fairly which allowed me to feel confident from the very beginning. Frank was upfront about every detail of the sale. Many of the details were dealt with by text, which helped immensely because of my work schedule and travel plans. I asked about two issues and they were handled immediately. I brought in the car on one occasion equipped with student grading to do since I assumed I would be put in a room while the Service department resolved the issue. Frank sat with me the entire time just chatting. He was really friendly and open. I assumed a dealership experience would be a hassle and intimidating, and it was just the opposite. When I decide to upgrade again, I will go back to Overturf.
Seven years ago I came into Clovis VW and traded in a worn out BMW for a brand new Pass at.The lease deal was great and I have continued to lease new VWs and drive anew vehicle every two or three years. Great fuel mileage, fun to drive, and easy to take of, not to mention low monthly lease payments. Next car will definitely TDI VW. Thanks for making it easy.

We recently purchased a 2018 X3 M40i. This is the third BMW we have purchased from Preston BMW. We have driven past an other BMW dealer to get to Preston's! The sales staff is patient, never pushy and will do whatever it takes to make the experience pleasant. Our most recent sales rep was Mr. Paul Ruchtie. He is extremely knowledgeable. We probably test drove 10 cars to get the feel for what we wanted in our new BMW. He kept us informed as to when the model we wanted would be shipped and its arrival. It's an amazing vehicle. We own another Ultimate Driving Machine and we will continue to purchase at Preston's.
I just want to thank Preston BMW for a great experience. I had been looking for a Honda Ridgeline for a while and found one online thru Preston BMW. I called and spoke with Al Schwartz who really was teriffic to work with. I would absolutely recommend anyone who is shopping for a vehicle there to ask for Al.
My wife and I bought a pre-owned Chevy Equinox from Eli Ruchtie and we couldn't be happier. It wasn't the typical high pressure dealership experience. Eli was friendly and informative, but not pushy. The car was priced very competitively, especially when compared to dealerships across the country. They did a great job detailing the car to make it like new. Most importantly to us they respected our time and were quick and efficient throughout the process. We would highly recommend P. Eli Ruchtie and Preston BMW.
Second car I have bought from there and each time I had to have repairs made within a few days of purchasing. Now even not two weeks later it needs an oil change as well. Few days after I got it home I took it back cuz it needed brakes and rotors.
I had an a appoinent for my 1st oil change with a 10am appointment and did not leave until almost 1pm. Also had a car wash which barely looked washed still had dirt all over the Rims. Also they never reset my oil life and a day later my tire pressure light came on. Makes me feel as though they didn???t really check the tire pressure as they marked down on the paper.
This is my 5th lease with Bayside Volkswagen. They take their time in explaining everything to their customers. I can see how much they value customer loyalty, which is why I plan to continue dealing with them until I die or have my license taken away! :-D

Bob Johnson is a total class act. He treated me very fairly. More importantly, the car was for my 19 year old daughter. Bob took the time to answer all of her questions. He went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. Overall, it was a very, very positive experience.
The customer service is what brought me in to Tracy's. I had heard such good things about their many deals, their courtesies, no-pressure, I was not disappointed! They seemed like friends the minute I walked through the door. I can't say enough. I will keep purchasing my VW from Tracy!!!
