The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and that it would take more than an hour). Last I checked, it only takes a few minutes to check windshield washer fluid and make sure the tires are inflated perfectly. The service was originally for a factory recommended ???ECM Programming.??? My question, if you???re trying to improve your customer service, why wouldn???t you just perform a courtesy fluid check (after all you had the car for an hour)? Strangely, the R/O says it was performed
I purchased the Passat SE after putting 120,000 miles on a Jetta without so much as a brake job. I needed more room and was impressed by the interior and exterior design that will stand the test of time. The 2.0 turbo has more than enough power and the handling solid. The SE trim has all of the important safety and luxury features I want and is incredibly comfortable.
Just picked up my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan and absolutely love it! Thank you to the staff at Langan VW Tyler, Brandon, Steve and Troy always friendly and helpful. This being my fourth car from them always make the experience a great one!

The car has met all of our needs and is very sporty. There is a lot of leg room in the front and back of the car. The trunk space is great! I also love the Apple Play feature!
Everything but just your job. Brandon and people like him are why the dealership can still be a comfortable place to be with out pressure or feeling like you know nothing. My new preowned jetta is fantasuc in every way and how Brandon asked me the right questions and steered me away from spending more money by showing me how the car met my needs was perfect. Ill be seeing you in 3 short years.

Very impressed with all the features. More leg room than our BMW it is like flying jet blue. The car drives well,very comfortable and fun.
My husband and I went to purchase a truck, however, prayed and were at peace if it didn???t work out it didn???t work out. We made that clear to our salesmen, but they continued to attempt to encourage us to purchase a vehicle we were not interested in. We feel the ego of the establishment got in the way of customer service. We ended up using a more local dealership which we felt much more at peace with.
I am a patient person, but almost a year after I purchased my VW, my patience is gone. I am still waiting on Frank Rowley to fulfill his promise of switching my spare tire to a full size. As I have always had full size tire spares, and that was a condition of my purchase. Frank has made every excuse, but ultimately has completely failed to fulfill his promise. The latest excuse is that a full size will not fit my spare storage, but he would continue to look for one for me. Really? No one knew that a year ago? And if it will not fit, why continue to search? My recommendation for purchasing a car from Frank Rowley is get absolutely everything in writing. That was my mistake. I wish I could take back the glowing review I wrote in January 2018 when I actually trusted Frank.

This is not the first VW we own. The 2018 Passat did not disappointed us. The handling is very good, it is very comfortable and the mileage is excellent. Some of the amenities make the car fun. My favorite feature is the Adaptable Cruise Control which makes it easier to drive in the freeway (no more breaking or slowing down manually).

In the length of time that I was there which was pretty long considering a service call although it was pretty lengthy it was very very efficient they did what they needed to do and got me out of there I would recommend going there although I would like a less shorter wait time

My VW Passat has everything you could want in a mid size sedan! Luxury interior with all the perks, sleek exterior styling, outstanding performance and exceptional value is what you would expect from quality German engineering!
Tynan' s VW service is always good. They are thorough, explain everything they are doing or are going to do, and usually get you in and out for an oil change in an hour. They are very professional and polite.
Much better in everything compared to other dealerships. They knew my name and had a file of my internet communications with them. I really like it. Will be back soon to buy my car.
Roomy and comfortable

The car is a bit under powered compared with others , but gas mileage is good. Very roomy for all passengers. With six years warranty that’s good for the price. Solid body and frame work it’s a safe family ride.
I was helping my daughter who lives in San Antonio purchase a new VW Jetta.
I was greatly assisted by Russ even after I told him that it would be unlikely that my daughter would actually purchase in AZ.
Nevertheless, Russ got me information, answered my questions and quoted a price
that was extremely competitive. Had my daughter lived in AZ, she would have purchased from Berge VW, but the logistics of buying out of state and the need to ship the car to San Antonio caused her to buy locally.
From start to finish these guys were great! Super thankful I ran into Rudi over at Larry Miller Dodge. While making the deal he walked me through and introduced me to everyone over at the Larry Miller family. Hand shakes, smiles and great deals is what these guys are all about. This car had everything I wanted with the price I wanted. Stylish, comfortable, fun to drive, plenty of room inside and the trunk space is amazing! Great all around!
I have been "watching cars" for almost a year. I almost bought a car 6 months ago, but the dealership valued my trade-in so low, I walked away. I am so glad that I did. When the Audi A4 came up at Overturf, I simply entered my interest on the website. Frank Valle responded the next day. Overturf valued my car fairly which allowed me to feel confident from the very beginning. Frank was upfront about every detail of the sale. Many of the details were dealt with by text, which helped immensely because of my work schedule and travel plans. I asked about two issues and they were handled immediately. I brought in the car on one occasion equipped with student grading to do since I assumed I would be put in a room while the Service department resolved the issue. Frank sat with me the entire time just chatting. He was really friendly and open. I assumed a dealership experience would be a hassle and intimidating, and it was just the opposite. When I decide to upgrade again, I will go back to Overturf.

In May 2018 I purchased a used Kia Soul. The car was a bad fit and my service dog did not like it; maybe alien green? So I called DH Kia, spoke with Kurt, met by Randy and Ray to buy a new 2019 Forager. Took a few hours with "onsight" financing and we were off, good to go. (Thx Bob). These guys are the BEST 😉
