I have gotten multiple oil changes here, spark plugs, brakes & pads, and transmission fluid over the years. Bill the service manager always helps me out and answers all my questions. These guys do amazing work, always have service specials going on, and always go the extra mile (Noticed they put some touch up paint inside the door on a spot that was an eye sore before)! At my previous job they would pick my car up and have it dropped back off before my shift ended, can’t say enough good things about Streetsboro VW!

It's not too often that I brag on a dealer, much less their service department, but I'm going to the trouble to now. The people there have worked hard to earn my trust by not just charging me the most they can but instead, they actively work to save me dollars. I respect that and will be giving them my business in the future.
This is my 5th lease with Bayside Volkswagen. They take their time in explaining everything to their customers. I can see how much they value customer loyalty, which is why I plan to continue dealing with them until I die or have my license taken away! :-D
Everything but just your job. Brandon and people like him are why the dealership can still be a comfortable place to be with out pressure or feeling like you know nothing. My new preowned jetta is fantasuc in every way and how Brandon asked me the right questions and steered me away from spending more money by showing me how the car met my needs was perfect. Ill be seeing you in 3 short years.
Just picked up my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan and absolutely love it! Thank you to the staff at Langan VW Tyler, Brandon, Steve and Troy always friendly and helpful. This being my fourth car from them always make the experience a great one!

In the length of time that I was there which was pretty long considering a service call although it was pretty lengthy it was very very efficient they did what they needed to do and got me out of there I would recommend going there although I would like a less shorter wait time
Tynan' s VW service is always good. They are thorough, explain everything they are doing or are going to do, and usually get you in and out for an oil change in an hour. They are very professional and polite.

I've had EVERY service and repair that my 2001 Beetle required performed at Tynan's. The vehicle has 94K miles on it and runs perfectly. Some of my friends have suggested other places, less expensive, to have the work done but I expect excellent service and I know that excellent service is and always has been what I will get from this dealership. The quality of the service I have experienced is without a doubt dependent on the people who work at Tynan's. Tom Tran, service advisor, is my choice when my Beetle requires maintenance or service. Tom's knowledge of the Volkswagen product amazing, he is patient when I don't understand what my car needs, and contacts me when something unexpected arises during the repair or maintenance procedures occurs. Thank you Tom.

With employees like Henry Garcia you ensure that each person who walks through the door feels he or she is the most important person in the world at that m0ment. Henry demonstrated this feeling the moment I came in contact with him. I was helping my daughter who lives in San Antonio purchase a new VW Jetta.
I was greatly assisted by Russ even after I told him that it would be unlikely that my daughter would actually purchase in AZ.
Nevertheless, Russ got me information, answered my questions and quoted a price
that was extremely competitive. Had my daughter lived in AZ, she would have purchased from Berge VW, but the logistics of buying out of state and the need to ship the car to San Antonio caused her to buy locally.

There is always the stress of playing games when you get ready to purchase a vehicle, and we truly felt that this group did not do that with us. Oscar is THE BEST. Every negative experience I have had at other dealerships was immediately wiped away when I worked with Oscar. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the process and was not at all pushy while I tried to make my decision. He and his team worked very well together and made sure I didn't have to repeat myself to multiple people along the way. Sterling was also extremely kind and made sure I understood all aspects of my financial commitment before walking off the lot. I will look forward to coming back to this dealership in the future!
