I stoped in to check out a passat i seen online through cars.com. I ended up getting an r-line they had on the show room floor. "Z" was very helpfully, everyone was friendly and the process was quick and simple. Love their desktop screens. The only reason i didnt give them 5stars was they do not give you a full tank of gas with the purchase. Z claimed they only do it for new vehicles even though this was a certified pre owned. I've purchased several cars in my lifetime and weather they were new or used the dealer always filled the tank up. I previously bought a cpo passat from the fairfax vw and they filled up the tank.

They made some thing that I thought was impossible , possible, from start to finish it was a great experience, , love these guys, they even fed us snacks, it was getting kind of long on the time part, which I know is normal, kudos to these guys and gals , all of them.
I would like to give a thumb up to our sales person Vinny! We did not make our decision to buy the 2019 VW Jetta during our test drive day (even we really like the car) what we like was that the sales person took the initiative to message us (not by calling directly) to follow up with us about our decision, he was very patient and continued that for about two weeks (frankly speaking we might not end up getting the car if he didn't do that). It was also a very good experience during the day we were buying the car, the team (manager, financial personnel) has made sure we get our car during the day, they were very attentive and the process was very efficient. The after sale service was excellence, Vinny does care to message and asked us if we are doing OK with our new car and provided us lots of information we needed to know, he has also scheduled us immediately to have us to get the cilaget done. We got a very good deal on our 2019 VW Jetta and is more than happy to recommend VW Fairfax and Vinny to all of you 👍👍👍
Kudos to Emmanuel for helping us find the Golf 4Motion we wanted and for working hard to meet our budget. We're glad we didn't have to drive too far to find it! Rarely has photo of XC40 or interio/exterior color

For someone who doesn't want to waste time going to a car dealer, PLEASE post the actual photos of the XC40 that you have in stock. Or at least provide accurate interior and exterior color information. Im tired of seeing stick photis or no photos. Other dealers in the area provide this for their XC40s I stock, but not you. It makes me think this dealership is less up front before I even set foot in the door.
I went into this dealership about a month ago interested in the Tiguan. Wes Collins helped me and my husband learn about the vehicle's features, safety, trims, and pricing. Wes is very personable and easy to work with. I didn't feel pressured and it made for a really pleasant experience. I went in yesterday and got a fantastic vehicle and equally excellent service. He was patient, reasonable, and very down to earth. Wes and the sales manager, Shawn helped make it a pleasant experience which is not always the case in this industry. Nothing but good things to say.
Wonderful staff, they make the buying process very smooth and easy. Customer service is excellent. Sales guy Paul is great, shows he really cares and goes the extra mile. Jared accounts person is also great. Highly recommend all
Not much I can say. I inquired about a specific car on their website. I got several emails stating that someone would contact me. I got more emails asking how they could help me... like they never read my initial email asking about a specific car on their website. Finally I drove to the dealer only to find that car was sold the night before..... but they had plenty more at several thousand more than the car I asked about. I am undecided whether I would recommend this dealer to a friend. I would not UN-recommend them at this point.
I was in the market for a new vehicle and found Ourisman Honda of Laurel very easy to work with over email/text unlike other dealerships. They were able to provide me with a written detailed cost of our final agreed upon price which saved me time once I got to the dealership to complete the purchase. Some other dealerships were not willing to put anything in writing or weren't very timely in their responses.
I also had the best sales rep, Chuka! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I did not feel rushed or pressured during my test drive. On the day of my purchase he was there to greet me and help me through the process. He even so kindly asked if he could help move the process along by moving my belongings from my old vehicle to the new vehicle which he very meticulously put in the same place. That was a big help and saved me time while I finished up the paperwork. He has also been very responsive in answering follow up questions I had after the vehicle purchase. Highly recommend buying a vehicle here and ask for Chuka!! He goes above and beyond!
The Sales Manager is Issac and he knows the business inside and out. He's great with educated buyers. Tell him what you want and if they can do it he will; simple as that. Our favorite salesman is Margarita. She is knowledgeable and very personable. Buy from her and you'll leave with family. Planning to purchase another VW once they can sell TDIs again. This will be our fifth!
I went to Honda on a Saturday morning to service my 2010 Accord and walked out with a brand new 2017 Accord! Let me be clear, I was completely satisfied with my paid low mileage 2010 model; however after meeting Anthony Davenport and test driving the new model I was halfway sold. What sealed the deal for me was Anthony's patience and willingness to accommodate what I wanted to pay for the new vehicle along with the trade in for my car. Needless to say I left with a brand new loaded vehicle and couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Anthony was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the Pilot. During the entire process he was never pushy and was very accommodating – I could tell he was indeed looking out for my best interest. I went in with a price in mind for my trade-in and he exceeded what I was asking for; the finance department was also awesome and took the time to walk thru everything to ensure I understood every detail. Definitely one of the best dealerships and salesman I’ve come across.
My car buying experience at King’s Volkswagen couldn’t not have been any better.....Mostly because of Ignacio Rada....he made the whole process a lot smoother. He is a friendly, upbeat, and honest person who does anything in his power to get you what you want. He does his homework telling you about the latest features of the car you might want to buy. He was always available and willing to go out of his way to work with me. Even picking me up to make my purchase. He followed me throughout the whole process making sure I was taken care of, being there every step of the way.
He genuinely cares about his customers. I am sure the rest of the sales staff is just as professional.
Would definitely do business with them again if I need to.
