For the first time ever...buying a car was a pleasure! Our salesman 'Z" was amazing
and so knowledgable! I can not say enough about his approach and about him...I did not feel.pressured at all which was not the case at other dealerships.
Also the finance officer was so helpful..again..making the purchasing of the car a pleasure.
I will most definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.
Stefon was a wealth of information and completely no-pressure in the purchase experience. We quickly were able to decide what we needed and which vehicle met our needs at a reasonable cost. Rob was able to step in to expedite the paperwork part of the purchase (the least fun of any car purchase!) which I greatly appreciated. Both salespeople were knowledgeable, kind, professional, and I would recommend either to my friends and family. Dean, in Finance, completed the purchase quickly and efficiently, even while getting used to a new system. Even including our personal decision-making process regarding payment method, the entire process took only 3 days. This was my 5th car purchase from Britt, then Rosner and now Huber in this location and I have never been disappointed in the purchase experience.
I came in just for a oil change and ended up purchasing a 2018 Mazda 3. It was the best easy buying service that I have ever had and this my fifth Mazda purchase. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Prices on cars were reasonable and better than competition. Selection of cars was good - severalmet our needs and there was a good range of prices. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Processing was fast.
Bought vehicle from another dealership but will never trust anyone but these folks from going near my baby. They have been professional, courteous, knowledgeable and never once have any of the staff been patronizing, condescending, or otherwise less than respectful to either myself or my spouse for any of the dealings we have had... so no mansplaining or treating either of us like dumb girls, because what do women know about cars?(or anything mechanical for that matter). With this staff absolutely none of these behaviors or attitudes were displayed or in any way evident which is so opposite of what we have experienced with others prior to dealing with these folks. I hope they continue to do so in the future a surprising breath of of fresh air for sure. 6/5 stars for sure!
The sales rep was fine, friendly although I did have to contact them twice to get a reply. We ended up not buying from them because they did not have the new car we wanted and they would not negotiate on a used car they did have (it was over-priced). In the end, they were nice but not price competitive.
I recently purchased my new 2018 Passat from Karen Radley VW. I chose Karen Radley after viewing their selection and prices. They had exactly what I wanted and at a price I could not find locally. I was very pleased with the service I received while purchasing my car and extremely pleased with the service I received after the purchase. Omar was very attentive to the service my car needed and made sure the job was done quickly. He was actually thoughtful as well. He went to get an umbrella and helped me to my car when it was raining although it wasn't necessary. I appreciate his assistance.
