This car is a story on its own. And finally, my son has the car that he would not stop talking about. Now....I could not have asked for a better sales person than Tom Henry. Not only is he patient, thorough, straight up and honest, he also sees thing almost to the point of being family. In all the years I have been purchasing vehicles from Hewlett VW, NO ONE comes close to a great sales person as Tom Henry. He is an asset to your company and he is honest. I wish car buying was always like the last two processed with Tom. Tom Henry goes above and beyond for his customers - Hands Down!
I really enjoy going to Hewlett. The staff were super friendly, they gave me options for my service and I didn't feel pressured to spend more on services I didn't think I needed. They even topped off fluids and put air in my tires AND a free car wash and vacuum. I was really impressed.
Not to mention, while I was waiting, I had a complimentary coffee and chatted with some of the sales guys who gave me some great advice about the resist-all I had put on a year ago. It felt good chatting with other VW nerds about VW.
I've always only driven VW, I've had some nightmare experiences with other dealerships, but I can say I've never felt misguided or taken advantage of at Hewlett. You guys care about the customer and are passionate about what you do, and it shows in every department. Thank you!
The process of leasing my 2019 Jetta R was so easy and effortless. Jay Flores and Jonathan Blank completed all necessary paperwork and had me on the road driving my new Jetta in about 90 minutes. Thank You, Hewlett Volkswagen. BTW, this is my 7th Volkswagen since 2000. Nothing else drives like a VW!
I was extremely satisfied with my experience for the regular maintenance i had performed on my Optima. Shaun was completely on target and was fantastic at communicating. The only thing that would have made it 100% would have been a more timely shuttle. I do realize that one person could be only in one place at a time but, more than one person could be picking up and dropping off customers. Other than that, 100%.
Had my first visit to Southwest Kia, such nice friendly people work there. I left feeling totally confident that my car is going to be taken care of in my new home state of Texas. Even the parts and service director John Scurlock took time out to visit and welcome me.
As most people do, I did not go in intending on buying a vehicle...just look! But they help me look at my different options, and was very patient with my wife and I. I'm not one who gets into a hurry when making any kind of purchase...especially a car. Joe Perez and the Kia team were very good at working to try to win our business. They were not pushy as some salesman are and once we made our decision to buy, it was probably within an hour of us signing the paperwork and were heading home. Answer is, it depends. We got there at about 3:30pm and left maybe about 8pm. But we got a fair deal. We have tried to go to other dealers, and yeah they make fun of this on the radio but its true. Others dealer tried to sell us a vehicle and forcing us to put 3000 dollars as a down payment. Elder asked us how much we wanted to put down asked how much we could afford a month and they would work with what we had. Very friendly people, and my dad got his new car which is very happy about.
Great service. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a software flash updat recall. My appointment was at 0800 and I arrived at 0745. Left the dealership at 0930. Seemed a little long but no big deal, they also washed the outside of my truck!
Best service experience I've ever had. Superb, professional and personal service, with top-notch free espresso bar (and dogs) to boot! Worth buying a Subie just for this. Also, Susan, my "case worker," was especially terrific. Both friendly and professional and interested in my personal experience with the car and quality of service and operation.

We live in San Antonio and were looking for a specific color exterior and interior Altas. We were having no luck here so I looked online and found one. I called about it and it was still available. Jonathan Sosa was the sales person I spoke to and was very friendly. Weather prohibited us from going but went up on Monday. It had the seating I wanted and everything else. We met Jonathan and went through the process and drove home in a new Atlas. I love it. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Volkswagen.

Visited Maund VW for a used Subaru I saw online. I was greeted in the lot and was test driving the car within minutes. The transaction of this process was fast and easy. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
