I have been "watching cars" for almost a year. I almost bought a car 6 months ago, but the dealership valued my trade-in so low, I walked away. I am so glad that I did. When the Audi A4 came up at Overturf, I simply entered my interest on the website. Frank Valle responded the next day. Overturf valued my car fairly which allowed me to feel confident from the very beginning. Frank was upfront about every detail of the sale. Many of the details were dealt with by text, which helped immensely because of my work schedule and travel plans. I asked about two issues and they were handled immediately. I brought in the car on one occasion equipped with student grading to do since I assumed I would be put in a room while the Service department resolved the issue. Frank sat with me the entire time just chatting. He was really friendly and open. I assumed a dealership experience would be a hassle and intimidating, and it was just the opposite. When I decide to upgrade again, I will go back to Overturf.
Bill was super low key and helpful. Not pushy just letting us look at what we wanted and allowing us to test drive. Once we decided on the car the transaction went quick. They came with a very fair offer on our trade and found a great loan through a credit union. Thank you everyone that helped get me in my new Soul!
I drove to the Tri-Cities from Yakima and am glad I did. The experience I had with Larry was top notch. There is always that risk when buying a car that you will run into dealers who only view you as a dollar sign; my experience with Larry and Overturf was anything but. At no point did I feel pressure to buy. If he didn???t know an answer to a question he was upfront and honest but always got us an answer. There were no games, just honest, high-quality customer service. Larry did a great job and getting to know me on a personal level and that is the reason I would recommend anyone to see him for their next car buying experience. Thanks for turning something I was kind of dreading into something to be excited about.
Going to Excalibur was a good decision dealt with Heath Hagg a few times over the phone very pleasant gentleman to deal with when it was time to buy he wasn't working on that day but was dealt with another gentleman all and all great experience and would purchase from them again.
My experience at the dealership was great! They were very quick and very friendly. They also found me the car that I wanted! I recommend Koty. When I locked myself out of my new car, he had someone from the dealership meet me to unlock it. Great customer service.
Very professional and fair priced!! I enjoyed buying there.

Larry made my buying my 2017 Ford F350 easy and painless. He had the car ready when I showed up and took great care of me through the entire sales process. He was ZERO pressure and didn't try the usual back and forth car salesman stuff. I would call Larry again in the future. Josh
I just bought my dream car from Archibald’s and they made the process so easy!!! I am so turned off by high pressured sales and they are so easy-going and down to Earth! I feel like the sales team is there to assist you and not to force you to buy something!!! I hope to have my car for a few years but I definitely will be going back!!!
