I found the car online called them and set up a test drive. They gave me some money for my clunker of a car which I was going to junk. They found me a better interest rate than the one my bank had. Overall good experience. I bought a certified used car. I was disappointed to see the gas tank at empty when I picked it up. I was told they did not fill certified used cars only new cars when purchased. I had to come back for my second set of keys and get it created. That gave me an opportunity to use their service center right away. The service center lady was very nice and they took care of me pretty quick.
The first time in went to website I was immediately greeted. The loan application was simple and fast. The customer service team were friendly. Michael Galer was one of the friendliest sales people I've ever encountered. I would recommend these folks to anyone I know.

Richard W. at Commonwealth Chevy was very knowledgeable about all of the differences between the options on the vehicles we looked at, and took the time to explain them to us. He knew what the different option packages included and could quickly show us what those features were, and how they worked. Very helpful!
I recently purchased my 4th vehicle at Commonwealth Chevrolet. This is the first time I have purchased a used vehicle from a car dealer. I have always purchased new cars. The price I paid was on the low side of the Kelly Blue Book value, so I feel like I got a very good deal. I was pleased with the financing provided as well. I am very happy with the vehicle. The salesman John Schiavoni did not pressure me at all. He was very pleasant, and knowledgeable about the vehicle (I also worked with Lexi, Esteban & Chris and they were all helpful as well). Overall I can truly say that it was a positive experience. I have used their service department in the past, and I have always been satisfied with the service. I will continue to do business with.
I purchased a new vehicle at Commonwealth Chevy last week. The sales associate, Lexi, was extremely responsive and did not waste my time. I was up front and told her what I wanted and that I didn???t want to keep going back and forth. She communicated my requests and within a short time I was handed off to Mike in the business office to review my financing. Even though it was a busy night he took the time to explain everything to me, was friendly and did not force me into any add ons that I wasn???t comfortable with. Throughout the week I was able to communicate with both Lexi and Mike and always felt like my concerns and questions were a priority.

This past spring, I made a purchase at Moschetto Brothers located in Methuen, Massachusetts. I spoke with Don and Fred at Moschetto Brothers several times prior to my arrival at the dealtership. My impression of Don and Frank was that they were both professional and well-informed about the industry. They made me feel comfortable in dealing with them. In my opinion, Moschetto Brothers is all about customer satisfaction. They are fair, knowledgable and treat customers with respect. To me, that is worth any monetary discount any day! Sales person was not pushy. He was polite, professional and patient. We went over the car , he answered my questions and then we talked business. We did not come to an agreement but his demeanor did not change. T he next morning he called with an improved offer, I returned to the dealer ship and soon had a deal.
