The place is clean and generally welcoming. It feels like you're in a fish bowl inside the dealer like most modern dealers. It's all part of the game of them getting your money out of you. The staff is approachable and not too pushy. The diesel salesman seems knowledgeable on the cars he sells. I would go back. More importantly, I love the car.

Working with them was easy and painless! I was able to do everything online in one day and went in the next morning and signed the papers. I was in and out in 30 mins. The car is awesome too!

I enjoy the car buying game and I can tell you with their transparent pricing policy there were no opportunities for any games. The listed price is the price and there aren't any added fees after the fact, not even a doc fee. I'm sure it is built in to the price, but knowing what you will spend up front is a breath of fresh air. I worked with Michael Cain and Darren Plants. This would be my 2nd car I bought from Baxter VW, after my first car had been totaled. I got in touch with Luke Andrew, who was very friendly and knowledgeable on the GTIs and helped me find what I wanted in less than a week. A few weeks after taking home my new car, he sent me a thank you card talking about how much he loved the GTIs and that he hopes I was enjoying it.
