I had the best car buying experience in my life! I called multiple dealerships to do some research on getting the best deals for a car and leasing options. By far, Russell had been the best! Not to go to deep into it but I felt other dealerships were giving me the run-around. He went above and beyond in my opinion to not only get the car that I wanted but for my needs as well. All the interaction was done by phone. Being that I've never done business with them before, I had so much faith in Russell that I drove an hour to make sure they had my business; I live in Fontana. They will definitely have my business again as well as any referrals! Buying the car from them potentially saved me hundreds if not thousands, and I can't imagine what would happen if I took my business somewhere else. Abay, the finance manager and the team over there were awesome as well! Loving my 2018 Crosstrek!
It was two days before Christmas, on a Saturday night and near closing time. And not once did we feel pressured. None among you gave off a vibe that perhaps you'd rather be home with your family, Christmas shopping or just out celebrating.

You're checked in and everything just seems to hum along. the real story is the attention paid to the vehicle. I had some intermittant noises I didn't know what to attribute to. Of course when I showed up to the dealer, it wouldn't make the same noise! But they were patient and careful, and based on my description, they finally heard what I had been talking about. What started out as a strange noise which caused concerns, ended up being a $350 repair job; they informed me it was covered by warranty :) Never taking my Nissan NV200 any place else. Way to go TEAM!

I love this dealership. 2nd lease I have done through them. Super quick experience with lending dept as well. Everyone is so friendly. I used the same salesman for both as I knew he understood I don't have a lot of time. He was so knowledgeable about all the cars and cars in general.
Although we could not "fix" the issue, I must tell you how great it is to interact with everyone at Pacific VW. Michael Sandoval immediately greeted me when I pulled up. When he went to bring my car to the back, Jonathan Rodriguez greeted me quickly and handled the paperwork and shuttles. As always, everyone here is courteous, professional and attentive. Michael was the first person who helped me into a new lease in 2016. He saw how distraught I was with the repair estimate and handled things right away. He was never pushy or sales-y. He was relaxed and engaged, interested in finding the best options for me. I hope Michael, Jonathan and of course Nancy continue to be recognized and rewarded at VW. I'm blanking on the shuttle driver but he was terrific as well. Happy employees make such a huge difference in the success of a company.
It has been a while since Jonathan Rodriguez handled a service request for my Beetle. He is my absolute favorite! Service is always busy and Jonathan is popular. I have been a customer over 12 years and there is no guarantee you will hook up with the same service associate. It was a pleasure working with Jonathan again. This was a simple left-rear bulb outage, however, it was caused by a burned-out socket. As always, Jonathan explained the problem, repairs, costs and time duration. The issue was resolved and I was on my way, confident my vehicle received high-quality service. Jonathan has that special touch that makes servicing your car effortless. Jonathan Rodriguez has been my service writer for a number of years. When I has a mysterious cooling system problem I called him, and he was on it right away. He kept me informed as the problem turned out to be even more mysterious than I thought. They kept the car overnight and ran many tests, including road tests. Still a mystery. When I picked up the car the bill was $0.0. I asked Jon if there shouldn't be some charge for all the testing. He responded there was no charge because they didn't find the problem and fix it! My car was returned with all the usual checks, tire pressures set, and sparkling clean! I give Jon and Pacific VW top marks. There will be another chapter when the problem is resolved.
I found Ricky as a salesman very relaxed and not pushing me into a sale. His manager was a little more pushing and although I got a great car, I would have liked a little more time to process what was being offered as a lease. He was a little too quick to get me in a car, and wanting me to shake his hand before I can go and run the numbers. A little more romancing of me wouldn't have hurt in the manager's technique. However, I left the dealership with a car purely based off the relaxed, straightforward and friendly nature conveyed by Ricky. He has checked in with me post getting the car, which is a nice touch.
I'm very pleased with customer service at this dealer. Clayton was amazing. I had to leave my car to get service while on vacation. He texted me and keep me updated about my car during the week. I got my car fixed ahead of schedule and they let me leave it there until I get back. Anya was also wonderful and very helpful. I'm a happy camper.
I went in for regular maintenance on my car and Nathan (who sold me my car originally) noticed that I drive a ridiculous amount of miles to and from work everyday & because of this, my two year old car already had 50k miles on it! Nathan ended up getting me a great deal that allowed me to trade in my car for a brand new, upgraded version with a lease deal that totally fits my needs and makes more sense considering my driving habits. Nathan is very thoughtful and really looks out for the customer's best interest. If buying a car from here, always ask for Nathan! I always leave happy and confident in my buying decision after working with him. :)
