I have an older Jetta and like any older car time takes a toll and repairs are inevitable. But thanks to the great work at VW Pasadena any downtime is short and they keep me on the road. Clair my sevice rep, has been awesome! She stays in touch throughout the repair process and always keeps me updated and gives clear explanations that even I understand. All of which helps alleviate the stress of dealing with car troubles.
If you go to get your car serviced make sure you ask for Clair ! She is the Best! There are other dealers but none have service Rep like Clair! She knows how pickie I am she tells me what I need to do .
Coming to the Volkswagon Pasadena dealership is always a joy and a good experience. The charges are reasonable, and the waiting time is minimal. But if you DO have to wait long, at least there is a pleasant atmosphere with a comfortable waiting room, big screen TV, and eating and drinking amenities. And if you choose to wait outside, you are surrounded by palm trees and a nice patio. The service technicians are always pleasant too. This time, Norman assisted me; he was very thorough and communicative. I've already recommended this place to others, and will continue to do so!
Norman H. took good care of me, thoroughly explaining issues & repairs. He was helpful, accommodating, professional and freindly. Repairs done timely, properly and car was returned nicely washed, vacuumed, fluids topped and with a "TIRE CHECK", setting correct pressure and repositioning tires to best position as needed. I bought my Tiguan back in 2009 in L.A. And have tried many dealerships around my area but was never satisfied! Ever since I visited VW Alhambra I can say that the staff is great! I take my car for service there from now on. Mike in the service department has been the most informative and helpful Advisor! I trust him with my car and I always leave confident that the service and repaired right. Everyone was very kind and my next purchase will definitely be at VW Alhambra.
I brought my EOS in for a waterpump issue and I was dealing with Mike Choi; what a great employee and overall guy! While they were having it repaired, he gave me a vehicle to visit my girlfriend in Hollywood. By the time we had finished lunch, my car was done and nicely detailed. Thanks again Mike, I will be back here again and will be sending everyone I know!
I want to start off by saying this is the very best customer service I have ever experienced. It started off by emailing Kit Chieng, firstname.lastname@example.org late in the evening about a certified used car online. He responded quickly and quite a few times to answer all of my questions (even gave me the internet price via email). I emailed the following morning to let him know I was going to be there in about an hour. He told me was out that day but that Zorik Garibyan could help me.
My husband and I pulled up about 9:45am. I checked my email and saw that Kit asked if I could wait until about 10 as Zorik had an appointment. No problem, i thought, we can look around. When someone asked if I needed anything, I let them know I had an appointment with Zorik at 10 and they said "Oh let me get Taylor, he is going help you". I was surprised that the person I just happened to talk to in the parking lot knew I was coming. Taylor Ngo introduced himself, confirmed the car I was looking into and had someone look at my car for the trade in value while we took a test drive.
Taylor was amazing during the test drive, explaining all the extras in the car and allowing me to take all the time I needed for the drive. I knew I wanted it (2016 Q3 with 10k miles!). He took us to met Zorik but not before throwing my husbands trash away and getting us water. Zorik was so friendly that he made the numbers all seem so easy and painless! After the necessary time with Zorik we were taken to the lobby to enjoy the water/coffee/snacks while we waited for the finance guy. Taylor came to check on us and see if we needed anything and assured us the car was being cleaned and he would assist us with the removal of the items from our car to the new car. We met with Ricardo "Ricky" Orozco and signed all the paperwork. He was very nice and we enjoyed hearing about his work with Audi.
Taylor collected us and took us to our new car to show us some more items. It was sprinkling and I had to have my drivers side door opened while he showed me one or two things. He said I'll be right back and went to get a towel to dry off my door. WOW! He climbed in the back and continued to show us everything. Answered all our questions, gave us a beautiful box that held our key and another beautiful box with Audi leather key chains.
All in all, I felt like the most important person that ever walked in those doors by every single employee I encountered, even the sweet girl at the desk. My husband bought his GTI at the DTLA VW and he had amazing service there as well. We will make sure that DTLA VW and Audi is the only place we shop or recommend!
Me and my wife were found in a bind as we had 3 cars 2 of them in where we were negative and did not need. We decided we wanted the new 2018 Tiguan as it met our familys needs. We met the General Manager Roger Chammas he went above and beyond his normal duties to make this deal possible for us. We came from a bit of a distance away as no other dealership was willing to make us an offer we were comfortable paying! After agreeing on numbers both me and my wife drove to make the deal we were handed of to the General Sales Manager Sevan Khajehgian and Our Salesman Jonathan Hardaway. They both made my wife and I feel comfortable with the transaction and were as transparent as possible! I highly recommend VW of DTLA for any of your VW needs! Ask for Jonathan, Sevan, or Roger they will treat you like family!
I recently went around looking to buy my first car, which is an incredibly daunting experience, with all the cars out there, so many different dealers... but VW of DTLA made it so easy! My sales rep, Moh, was incredibly kind and showed me *all* the details about the car, including things I certainly would not have found myself. He stayed at the dealer until midnight with us when I was having issues with an authorization, and was there bright and early the next morning when I picked up the car. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!!!!

Moh Zarrinkamar reached out to me via email and phone to inform me of my lease ending and what amazing deals were available to me. I made an appt. at VW of DTLA and he gave me all my options and guided me throughout the entire process. I was unsure to either purchase my current VW Beetle or lease a new car. With absolutely no pressure Moh gave me figures for several options and I ended up driving away with a new 2018 VW Jetta Wolfsburg edition. I am now paying less than I was with my old lease and driving a brand new car that I love! I definitely know who I will ask for when my lease is up in four years, Moh Zarrinkamar!! Thank you!
