Let me start off by saying that this was honestly the best experience I have ever had with purchasing a car. I had two other cars prior to making this purchase, but I must say that the guys here at VW have made this experience a pleasurable one. I first saw my car on cars.com and literally fell in love with it. I saved the car, prayed that it would be there when I was ready for it, and hoped for the best. When it came closer to the date I wanted to make the purchase, I sent an email (on June 13th) to make sure the car was still available and Brian Wiles emailed me back within a few minutes. He was very professional, even through email, and gave me the link to get a pre approval for financing. I didn't have the best credit ever, but Brian really worked with me and made sure he found a bank that would work with my down payment. He even called me to let me know he was still working as hard as he could on getting me approved! I went to view the car (with intentions on viewing it only) on June 14th and ended up driving my car off the lot the same day!! Rick helped me, since Brian was off, and I couldn't tell the difference because Rick was just as amazing. As a 25 year old female who has dealt with a lemon-car before, I am pretty knowledgeable about used cars and had a thousand questions about the vehicle I was about to purchase. Rick, Scott, and Justin all made sure my questions were answered and did so flawlessly. As soon as I decided to purchase my car, all the guys came out and congratulated me with a handshake and a hug. Even after I left off the lot with my car and my tire pressure sensor came on, the guys all reassured me that it would be fixed whenever I decided to come back in. Brian called me two days later and had the most awesome customer service. He actually REMEMBERED my name, the car I purchased, and what day I said I would come back in. Even when i called the dealership and asked to speak with Brian, as soon as I said my name I could literally hear Brian smiling through the phone. Scott is amazing, he answered all of my questions about credit scores, financing, and payments. Rick is awesome, he's so knowledgeable of cars and willing to help in any way possible. Justin is super nice and helped me get the perfect warranty for my car. Literally the whole staff is awesome, even the service department. And here it is, Saturday, a full 3 days after my purchase and I am sitting in the dealership now getting my sensors fixed, without a question or hesitation. Even when I came back, the guys all greeted me with a smile, knew why I was coming in, and checked on how I was feeling about my new car. I feel like I'm apart of their little family as opposed to just another buyer. From emails, to phone calls, to in-person conversations, these guys really are amazing. I really, really, really love this place. The environment is so friendly, laid-back, and really catered towards the buyer. Customer service is a really big deal to me, as I work in healthcare and have a background in customer service as well, and the guys here at Keffer VW deserve every 5 star rating that they get. Whether it's a pressure sensor or a simple question about my car, I will definitely make the drive to Keffer and speak to any one of their staff. I purchased a 2012 Camry SE, but regardless of any car you get, COME HERE!!
