Once we made our choice, Jeff made the check out process totally seamless for us, which I very much appreciated since I can be impatient when it comes to closing out a deal. I went looking for a used Passat R-line and found one using Cars.com, it happened to be the only one within a 200 mile range of me which says a lot for their inventory. I contacted them using the email link provided by Cars.com since it was already after business hours and I got a follow-up call and email the very next morning. I went in and tested the vehicle, their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and and overall great experience. I however ended up waiting a few months to buy because it was a much better deal for me if I were to put a down payment. Definitely going back.
We are long-time Volkswagen owners (seven VWs between the two of us), but purchasing our Certified Pre-Owned Tiguan from Open Road VW of Manhattan was by far the best car buying experience we have had. Yelissa Cepeda was wonderful to work with, very patient with us, and very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the vehicle and buying process. Negotiations regarding our trade-in and vehicle purchase price were fair. We love our new-to-us Tiguan, and highly recommend both Yelissa and Open Road VW!
Returning a 2013 VW Passat on a end of lease and was amazed on the personal attention received that I ended up leasing a 2016 Passat. The salesman John BATISTA was great. He was very patient, knowledgeable with the vehicles features and options. A real pleasure to deal with. His general manager Tom was also a very professional and I would highly recommend that you ask for these two gentlemen in person.
I just don't know where to begin. The sales rep Mark is magnificent. He took care of my mother and then some. Mark went above and beyond to make sure my mother's experience was something she would talk about for years to come. Tom, (manager), also made his presence known. He did what a boss should do and more. We will definitely recommend Lash Volkswagon to everyone we know. I am in the market for a new car and had my mind made up on a different model. However, after the way they treated my mother and witnessing her experience I have been converted to Volkswagon......but not just any dealership. LASH and LASH alone will get my business. Every person there from the service center to the sales floor greeted us with a smile and just took the time to make sure we were good. Thanks for showing my mom love and I look forward to writing another review about my own car buying experience in a month or so. FYI the star selection on this site needs improvement. It doesn't let you select 5 stars on the other categories, only went to 3. The buying process and facility were 5 STARS as well.
Service was completed on the same day even though they were very busy and I did not have an appointment. As a convenience to me, the car was delivered to Sales since I could not reach Service be they closed.
I have purchased and/or leased many cars over the years, but this dealership was by far one of the best to deal with. From the sales person to the Business Manager to the Service Manager, everyone was professional and a pleasure to deal with. Negotiating a price was not tedious as in other dealerships, and within a. reasonable period of time we came to terms. No hyper sales person, no manager pushing for an immediate answer, no silly statements or pressure to close. Great place to do business

I just bought a 2015 precertified used Toyota Corolla LE. I absolutely love how the car handles and drive so smoothly. I feel like I just bought a brand new car.
